The manager, the aunt and uncle, were really personable and I had a comfortable stay. The plot was spacious and the distance between the neighbors was great!

I enjoyed the day camp. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to. The toilet was also clean and comfortable to use. I was a little worried about the train passing by.

"Outdoor Dog Festa in Yatsugatake" is held nearby every September, so I stay here every time.An octagonal cottage is sufficient for one person and one dog, and a larger bungalow is available for several people. The exquisite combination of the owner and his wife makes me smile.

The charm of this place is the couple's personalities. They will welcome you with a big smile and talk. The site is spacious and there is little slope, and during the autumn foliage season, you can set up your tent surrounded by yellow leaves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are railroad tracks nearby, so you can hear trains passing, but not very often. The sound of cars running on the road is barely noticeable. The kitchen and toilets are not modern facilities with only water available, but they are clean and perfect if you really want to enjoy camping. A short drive away will take you to hot springs, a supermarket with plenty of ingredients, and a playground.I guess it's not for children. This is for people who want a quiet and peaceful camping experience. Pets are also OK.If you call and ask, they may be able to accommodate your check-in time, etc.I highly recommend this place!

Although I arrived early, I was able to check in because the campsite I had booked was open, and I was also grateful for their consideration in accommodating my requests at the time of reservation (about adjacent sites) as much as possible.Drinking water is also available in the kitchen. I used the campsite in mid-August, and there was an announcement on the disaster prevention broadcast warning about the heat, but compared to the Kanto Plain, the campsite is cool with only sunlight filtering through the trees. This is a campsite that I would like to visit again.
