It's not far from Mitaka Station, and the Chuo Special Express also stops at Mitaka Station, so it's convenient for transportation. The room was also nicely appointed. …

I often use the Richmond Hotel Mejiro, which is part of the same chain, but who is the manager here? Or is it a newcomer? The incomprehensible male hotel manager was extremely rude, so I decided not to use him again. The charger that came with the hotel was broken, so I couldn't charge it properly and asked the front desk if I could exchange it for another one, but they told me to go to the front desk, so I asked why I couldn't go without going to the front desk. When he finally brought it to the guest room, he left without a word of apology. As a member of Richmond, I am very disappointed because the hotel treated the inability to charge the battery as if it was the guest's fault.

Our stay at Richmond Hotel Tokyo Musashino was extremely comfortable and satisfying. First of all, the hotel's location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities nearby, making it ideal for sightseeing and business. Another big appeal was that it was close to Musashi-Sakai Station and had easy access to various parts of Tokyo. The rooms were clean, functionally designed, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The bed was also very comfortable and I was able to completely relieve my fatigue. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the free Wi-Fi connection was especially good, which was very convenient for business use.The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western, and all the dishes were very delicious. The staff were very responsive, and I was impressed by their polite and kind service. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and pleasant, making our stay a pleasant one.Richmond Hotel Tokyo Musashino is a great hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely like to use it again when I visit Tokyo.
