I stayed there for an anniversary while returning from overseas. It's a very beautiful hotel, it's in a great location right next to Mt. Onidake, and the staff was polite and helpful✨When I told them I was there to celebrate our anniversary, they gave me some delicious amazake as a gift from the hotel. When I checked out, I received a postcard with a congratulatory message from the staff on the back. The room was well-equipped, and I especially liked the amenities that used camellia from the Goto Islands, which made my skin feel smooth! The open-air bath was also great ♪

The hotel is beautiful it is the design between a monetary and a high tech new hotel with spacious rooms. Very strange vibe very zen. I missed totally a place to sit outside a terrace or a garden and a pool. Weather was great but you can not sit outside at all. I know Japan is not keen on terraces and a place to enjoy the fresh air and the sun but we have a million dollar view but only in our own private onsen you can go outside. You have to live with the rules about the mealplans / time/ location / plan is all fixed.

The view from the room is very nice.The size is just right, and the facilities are just right, not too many and not too simple.The meals are basically Japanese, and the presentation is modern.Dishes using ingredients from Goto are served daily.Everything was very delicious.It's a little far from Fukue Airport and the port, so most people were able to rent a car.

I had a great time at this wonderful resort.I think it would have been nice to have a brief explanation of the home appliances in the room. humidifier? In the end, I couldn't use the speakers.There was a pleasant view, interior design, free towels, drinks, and plenty of juice, so I was very satisfied.The breakfast was also wonderful and delicious.At the bar at night, he didn't mind making me a cup of cocoa, which was unreasonable.I enjoyed everything.Insects can be seen on the terrace and in the bath, which is typical of places with a lot of nature, but we have mosquito nets so we can prevent them to a great extent.I was happy to feel that I was taken care of.

I could see the ocean from the bath window and was able to relax.I am very satisfied with the hotel, view, amenities, drinks in the refrigerator, etc.The meals are a bit small, so it might not be enough for a man.The image is breakfast.There are no restaurants nearby, so if you want to go out for lunch, you'll need to rent a car or book a taxi.While I wish it had better access from the airport, it's probably a good thing because you can enjoy the scenery and tranquility just because it's not so good.We recommend staying overnight!

I've been to Iki before, but the interior looked even more beautiful, so I decided to come here this time.The food was delicious, butI don't think I was as impressed as Iki was.However, the beautiful interior of the room and the ocean view were amazing!There are BOSE speakers in the room.It was a happy time to spend time looking at the beautiful scenery while listening to music.Also, while I was waiting for my meal, the manager told me that the moon was beautiful and showed me to the balcony. I was moved by the full moon and how beautiful it was.Thank you for the wonderful time!The interior is very beautiful and has an ocean view.Recommended for people who want to stay in their room slowly!

Great location. Enjoying the open-air bath while looking at the lights of the lighthouse on the island floating across the sea is special. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay to see the young staff with dreams working hard even though they were a bit clumsy. You can also enjoy shots of the famous Goto craft gin at the in-house bar for around 2,000 yen. thank you for helping me.

The facilities, customer service, and food are all of a high standard. The view of the Goto sea from your room is overwhelmingly beautiful, and it is precisely because of this inn that you will want to visit Goto.I don't know how it works, but it really makes me feel at ease. The pear juice (free) in the minibar is delicious and recommended.To be honest, the skill levels of the staff varied, but you can tell that everyone takes customer service seriously. They quickly remembered my face and name, and I was treated with proactive hospitality.Given the area, I think there are a lot of insects in the summer, but when I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor for two nights in early July, I only saw one or two small moths and scarab beetles on the terrace, so it wasn't a big deal.

I stayed here with my family for one night in late November 2023, but I am still dissatisfied with it, so I am writing this post. Honestly, I didn't think it was worth the price. I don't know what's going on now, but please help.[Bad points]The quality of the staff is generally low for a hotel of this class. Please study and train anyway.In particular, I would like to review their customer service attitude and knowledge of the Goto Islands. Regarding customer service, there was a staff member playing a smartphone game out of sight of the staff (actually visible to the customers), which was arousing (there is photo evidence). When I asked about the island, I kept hearing "I don't understand." It's so unreliable that tourists probably already know about it.The food wasn't that great (I didn't feel it was worth the money).【good point】Indoor interior and open-air bath (normal for the price)that's all

This hotel has great design. The facility was also new and nice. The view from the room was amazing. It was raining, so I'd like to come on a sunny day next time. It's expensive, so I recommend it to people who want to travel as adults.

Very comfortable bed, breakfast and dinner are different for 3 days and 2 nights, sashimi and beef are delicious and fresh, the refrigerator is full of sprinkles and barium drinks🥤It is refilled every day, there are also black socks, and you need your own coffee Manual operation, the trash can in the room is very special, and the chairs for sitting and wearing shoes are also very wooden. The hotel's location is at the foot of Mt. Onidake, close to the coast, and the natural scenery is spectacular.The rooms are well-equipped, simple and modern, and have a clean and luxurious feel.However, the room was smaller than expected and the bed was so big that I couldn't turn over.We had breakfast and dinner, and they were all fresh dishes made with local ingredients, and the taste and quantity were very satisfying.Anyway, you can do it slowly!

In front of you is a sea of lava and in the distance you can see an island.The back is in a great natural location called Onidake.When you go to the open-air bath on the balcony of your roomIt was refreshing to hear the birds chirping.The room looks much wider thanks to the good use of mirrors. If you stay in a room on the third floor, you might be able to see the open-air bath from the road leading to the lava center.All the staff were nice.All the linens were comfortable.There are plenty of souvenirs, and I was able to buy gin from Tsubaki Distillery.

Our stay at Goto Ray Resort was an unforgettable experience, defined by its sheer beauty and tranquility. The resort itself is stunning, with excellently appointed and spacious rooms that cater to comfort and luxury.A sound bath option would be a wonderful addition to the already impressive array of offerings. Although we didn’t book a spa treatment, we regret it now as the spa looked beautiful and inviting. Including spa packages in the price, similar to how dinner is included, would enhance the overall experience.The bar is well-equipped, but having tastings in the lobby would add a delightful touch. Additionally, incorporating amenities like a gym, yoga lessons, or tai chi sessions would provide guests with more activities to enjoy during their stay. A garden would also be a lovely addition, offering a serene space for reflection.Goto Ray is also an ideal spot for local artists to showcase their work through exhibitions, providing guests with the opportunity to appreciate and purchase unique art. We went to a glass studio for a class and it was awesome! They also offer the ability for the artist to meet you at the resort.A special mention goes to Ryo, who remembered our fondness for Georgian wine and brought a special bottle for our dinner. His attentiveness and excellent service truly stood out.One last suggestion for improvement is to offer electric bikes for guests to use, making it easier to explore the surrounding area. For those planning to stay for more than a few days, renting a car is highly recommended to fully experience all that the locale has to offer.Overall, Goto Ray is a haven of tranquility and luxury, and we look forward to returning in the future.

On a field trip this autumn? I stayed here for 4 nights in November 25,2023.The scenery is kinda beautiful and the beds are cozy.The staff are polite, cool and appreciative. They look like the staff in the hotel in Tokyo that I went since Christmas.The food was delicious, but some of them cost a penny or two.We have menus for every night. The food we enjoyed was Goto beef loin with vegetables on top.I am craving for Western food. They are kinda yummy.Since it was such a cozy stay, i would like to recommend that they have free WiFi.Blinds are super heavy.I wanna drink coffee and wine, but sorry, I would drink some wine if my car broke down or something.There is no magnifying mirror and shower cap in the bathroom.I don't wanna go to Lawson again. But I thought someone stole them... Haha... Idk...The fact that there's a lot of insect killers... It seems that there's a lot of rats, frogs and spiders every summer. 🤬Hotels these days... It would be better if I went here in spring...
