I stayed in the south building for one night. A train trip with a dog.■Location15 minutes walk from Odawara Station. Close to Kamaboko Street and Miyuki Beach. Although it is surrounded by private houses, it is very quiet. There is a slight sound of cars coming from the Seisho Bypass, but other than that there is no sound at night. People and dogs who cannot keep quiet should not stay overnight. There are kamaboko shops, gelato shops, and coffee shops nearby, but they are late in the morning and close very early at night. You can walk to a 7-Eleven in about 5 minutes, so you don't have to worry about finding alcohol. You can also go for a walk at Odawara Castle.■RoomA spacious space made from a renovated old folk house. The second floor up the steep stairs is the bedroom. The interior is very stylish and nice. The only cooking appliances in the south building are a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator, but that's not a problem. The only thing that is difficult to use is the sink. It's next to the kitchen sink. It feels unavoidable because it's a renovated property, but the location, height, and sink all make it difficult to use. The bath (both bathtub and shower) and toilet (shower toilet, of course) are the same as in a normal house. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the bedding was a mattress (I thought it was a normal bed since it was Western-style), but it was pretty comfortable.■Dog runThe grass keeps it from getting too hot in the summer, but there isn't much to block the sun, so be careful. It is shared with other guests, but we did not meet each other this time. Do not shout loudly, as you will be looked down upon by people on the second floors of the surrounding houses. In any case, only people and dogs who can be quiet should stay overnight. This is the best dog run in total.■PriceNo problem■Supplementary informationThere was a review saying that voices could be heard from the toilet when there were guests in the north building, but this time the north building was empty so I couldn't verify that.I only met the staff once at check-in (this was also different from other reviews, but I'm glad they left me alone).
