P5/9/28 First stay after the coronavirus pandemic! The moon on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Harvest Moon was shining beautifully.Since it was a weekday and there was a group from a private elementary school, there were about 10 groups of general visitors, so it was quiet.Local food is always the best.A new building was built in 2009, and the entire building has the style of an American lodge. The friendly staff and locally produced food and drinks have many fans.Furthermore, the view of Mt. Fuji in the front, Mt. Akadake, the main peak of Yatsugatake in the back, and the stars in the night sky are outstanding. is.I feel like many of the staff members who know the children as they grow have returned. If you're lucky, you might see a serow come under your balcony or see a herd of deer in the distance!

I stayed in the new building.Even in mid-July, the climate was so cool and typical of the highlands that I was asked to use the fireplace in my room if I wanted. The area where you can walk from the new building to the main building by walking along the connecting corridor seemed like a look back into the past, like a forest school from the Showa era.

A guide to Kiyosato's sightseeing spots.I stayed at the main building of Senryo. The building is old and the guest rooms are small twin rooms.I can't even say it's beautiful.Due to the high altitude, there is no air conditioning in the summer, but air conditioning is now necessary on extremely hot days and typhoons. I would like to install it.The facility is quite spacious. The route to the public bath is so long that it's easy to get lost.Meals are served in a small buffet style, with a choice of three main dishes.Highland vegetables are highly recommended! The buffet corner had elaborate dishes that I enjoyed.Afterwards, a dessert buffet will also be served.Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet. This restaurant is a restaurant for hotel guests, and unlike the worst restaurants for outsiders, the level of customer service and service was different and I was satisfied. The large public bath does not seem to be a hot spring, but it was nice to have an indoor bath and an open-air bath. For those staying in the main building, the access to meals and the public bath is covered once, but you will have to go outside, so please be careful in winter or on bad weather.By the way, guests are provided with gowns in their guest rooms, but please change into them when going to meals or the public bath. Especially in restaurants, slippers are prohibited!I also tried Seisenryo's specialty soft serve ice cream (it's expensive)!
