Exploring OkuchichibuA mountain hut where you can enjoy the famous peaks of Mt. Mizugaki and Mt. Kinpu, and a warm atmosphere that is friendly to those who are new to tent camping. If possible, I would like to enjoy mountain climbing with enough time for two nights and three days. You can access it as if you were hiking on a course that is less strenuous than the bus stop.Everyone is enjoying the meal while chatting noisily.nice atmosphereYou can also enjoy game food and local beer.I get the impression that the price of the food is a bit high, but it's a life away from everyday life, so I think it's a reasonable price (but the cost of staying in a tent is super reasonable)The tent field is quite spacious. There is also a wooden deckThere seem to be quite a few good places to look for.Normally there is a charge for the toilet, but it's nice to have it.However, you should pay the usage fee properly (I paid 500 yen). The water source where you can get delicious water is a little far away.Be careful not to fallDue to various personal reasons, I was not able to climb the mountain to my satisfaction, so I will definitely try again. It's a good place

I used it for a night in a hut.Water source: 5 minutes walk. clear and delicious waterLarge room: Futon, comforter, 2 blankets, pillow. Outlets are shared.I didn't use the private room, but it was separated by a curtain. While there is a sense of privacy, I don't think it can prevent noise.Dinner: Assorted game sausage. It was delicious. The price is a little high, but considering it's a unique menu at a mountain hut, I think it's worth it. I brought my own breakfast. There is hot water.Toilet: Outdoors (shared with tent site). Slightly dirty. There is water for hand washing. I think the reviews that there are lines during the busy season are true because the number of tents is small compared to the capacity of the tent site. Free for hotel guests. Day trips are 100 yen/time.Lights out is 20:30. At night, I read using a headden since it's a mountain hut with a lamp. There were many Gakuto books lined up on the bookshelf.Due to bad weather the next day, we did not climb the mountain and descended late in the morning, but we were able to accommodate your request flexibly. It was a nice mountain hut, friendly and the food was delicious.Tent sites and overnight stays are cheap. The food menu is a little pricey, but it's delicious. How you use it will likely change depending on the luggage you bring with you.

Stopped by while climbing Mt. Mizugaki. After sweating in the summer mountains, the spicy chai tea was very delicious.

I stopped by to climb Mt. Mizugaki on August 11, 2024 and Mt. Kinpo on the following day, 12th.On the 11th, it was still before business hours, so I just took a short break in the square (a loop course), but the next day, the 12th, I bought a mountain badge on my way down the mountain. Both Mt. Mizugaki and Mt. Kinpu cost 500 yen each, which I thought was reasonable compared to other mountains. There is a spring water just below that you can use when you are staying in a tent, and it is said to have been selected as one of the 100 best waters of the Heisei era, so you can drink very cold and delicious water.

Climbing on a mountain day and staying overnightEarly in the morning, put the 1,000 yen yen in the post on the door of the hut, set up the tent, and start climbing.

I climbed Mt. Mizugaki for the first time. I stayed overnight on the way back, and my plan was to go to Mt. Kinpu, but I was tired from hiking after a long time, so I decided against it.

Available for meals on July 27, 2024 at 16:00A young male clerk with a beard and glasses yelled at me. There were two other employees, but no one stopped them. There are people who don't care about yelling at someone they've met for less than a minute. And the owner of the hutWhen I said, ``I almost hit a wild boar while driving around here at 2 o'clock at night,'' he got angry.Clerk: “Why are you wandering around at 2am?”When I said, “No, to the mountains,” he interrupted me.The clerk yelled at me and said, ``No, that's not it. Don't come to the mountain at that time.'' Other customers were also confused.I felt very sad and disgusted and headed down the mountain.Fujimidaira Hut is located on national land and is also used as a camping site, making it a highly public facility that attracts many visitors. The manager clearly said it was dangerous. Looking at other reviews with sad thoughts, it's hard to see anything improving. If you are visiting us next time, please be as careful as possible. An administrator is someone who doesn't think anything of it even if you abuse someone within a minute of meeting them.

Used during the first half of Golden Week. There is a large campsite in front of the hut, and perhaps because of that, there were only 4 overnight guests, and the area next door was empty, so we had a comfortable stay. However, there were so many people in the campground square that I felt uncomfortable relaxing alone.
