We had a wonderful time at the farm!The house with the red roof we stayed in is spacious, tidy, very well equipped with everything you need (and more with beautiful tatami rooms) and the view is breathtaking beautiful. At night, I could see more stars than ever in my life, I think.We also booked the pizza dinner on one night and had much fun with everyone. Thank you so much for the funny and beautiful evening!It was the best stay we had in Hokkaido. From there, you can also visit different places around, it's not that far with a car.If you think about having an authentic and wonderful stay in Hokkaido, visit the Ezura Farm, you will not regret it, I promise! ❤️

We loved our time here, only regret was we stayed only one night! So peaceful and idyllic, the views seem unreal—it’s hard to beat mountains, stars, and deer.Yoko and her husband are so pleasant, and she did a wonderful job preparing all the locally sourced food for our meals. The potato cooking class was fun too.We are highly considering coming back to volunteer and enjoy the escape from all the bright lights in bigger cities. Thank you for making our stay one of the highlights of our Japan trip!

One night stay on location for a certain programIt's a private lodging, but the service is great and the food is delicious 😂It's in a field, close to the mountains, and if it's sunny, the starry sky will be the most beautiful.You can forget about the city and enjoy nature with your kids 😊If you're lucky, you might see a brown bear 🤣

I stayed for two nights and volunteered for a full day in mid April with Yoko-san and Akito-san. If you volunteer for a full day your meals that day will be freeFood: each meal was carefully prepared by Yoko-san. She makes sure to have nutritionally balanced and delicious ingredients. After eating lots of heavy and carb-dense foods in Osaka, I really enjoyed eating fresh vegetables hereVolunteering: I volunteered in the morning with Yoko-san at the restaurant. She gave us simple tasks, washing dishes and cutting vegetables. Yoko-san is a great cook and it was very nice learning from her. In the afternoon I volunteered with Akito-san sorting potato seedlings. He insisted the work would be tedious and uninteresting but I thought it was very fun. He took us out on a walk around the farm with his cute and energetic dog Kibo. The farm has beautiful streams and mountains. Probably one of the prettiest views I saw in Japan this tripGuesthouse: comfy and large. The entire guesthouse is yours if you book it and it is very clean and well-decoratedIt was a very pleasant stay and the hosts went out of their way to help us find our way back to Asahikawa. The other volunteer Kota and their daughter Nonoka were very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend staying here or volunteering!
