I had made a reservation for a sushi experience, so when I called to confirm the location, the woman who answered the call couldn't explain the directions at all.``Could you please change to someone who can explain? Even when I told them, there was no one who could explain it to me.What is your response when you receive group visitors? Moreover, in the end, he got angry and hung up on me.It's better not to use this hotel!★I don't want to wear one.

Beautiful ryokan with its own small onsen, in the middle of Nara old town. There are typical Japanese rooms with futon mattresses. We found it very comfortable. But with 2 large suitcases it gets tight. In addition, it would be difficult to carry these suitcases up the stairs. There are many small restaurants and cafés in the alleys around. Right next door is a public parking lot for 6 cars.

Very nice location in the center of Nara, very convenient to access the shopping streets and deer park. The onsen is quite fun and replaces the missing shower in the room. Better to be warned. No breakfast!

I had a two-night booked here, and I was so put off by the unprofessional service and poor condition of the property that I booked another hotel on the spot. The fact that staff here refused to give my money back shows that they don’t understand how deficient their “ryokan” (which is really more of a hostel) is.Avoid this place if you can! Don’t believe the high reviews!

I applied for the bath because it was advertised as a hot spring, but there was no indication of its efficacy and it was just a warm bath. It is sold as a private rental, but there are no regular checks, so the hot water may have been drained by the previous user, or the foot mats may be soaked wet. The hot water bath is only available to staff, which is inconvenient. Moreover, it was so wet that I couldn't stay submerged. The facility is old, there is no elevator, and the rooms are on the second and third floors, which can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The futons are nice and clean. The tatami mats are worn out and your socks are full of straw? is attached.
