As soon as I opened the window, the Nagara River was right there, so the view from the room as well as the open-air bath was spectacular. Since there is nothing to block it, you can see it from the other side in the open-air bath, right? However, I opened it up and enjoyed the bath. It's a small detail, but I was extremely grateful that there were plenty of towels in the public bath and I was able to use new towels every time without having to go to the front desk, which I thought was a wonderful service. This time I chose a breakfast only plan, but all of the buffet dishes were delicious and had a wide variety of food, mostly Japanese. There were some groups, but the venue was so large that I didn't feel any inconvenience. I think it was a wonderful inn where the staff were attentive to various aspects, such as how they responded.

I stayed at Juhachiro in Nagarasegawa, Gifu Prefecture.Soft drinks, wine, and ice cream are available in the lounge and you can drink them freely. For dinner, I had the Hida beef kaiseki course in a semi-private room.aperitifAdvanceAppetizerMenu~non-alcoholic sangriaHida beef thigh sushiHoren grass and chrysanthemum dressingtomato yolk with vinegarGrilled mackerel sushi wrapped in the middleFried burdock sweet and spicy stewHida beef shigureniBoiled peanuts with saltsoupDirectionfurnacestrong side dishpotterylidmealGrilled eggplant and Japanese radishToday's sashimi platterHida beef hot potHida beef roast beefGrilled sweetfish with saltHida beef stewSeasonal cooked rice*Uses Gifu Prefecture's special rice Mino Hatsushimoretaining bowlRed soup stockPickles Hida/Mino traditional vegetablesPickled Hida beni turnipwasabi kelpPickled Shibadessert glass dessertFocusing on seasonal ingredientsThe Hida beef shabu-shabu and salt-grilled sweetfish were especially delicious.Breakfast is a buffet. The menu is extensive, including Hoha miso, rice balls, bread, and desserts. After all, this hotel has very good access for night cormorant fishing.

very good hotelIt's good that they don't accept day trip bathers. The food is delicious, like any inn during the coronavirus pandemic.I've been lowering my cooking level, but I feel like I've finally gotten back to it.The bath was nice, but I had to use the changing room frequently.I want you to clean it, there's hair all over the place. The dryer inlet is also full of dust, so you can remove it with a wet cotton swab. I kept one car clean. This is a ryokan that I would like to come back to again.

I stayed here for the first time to watch cormorant fishing and take a hot spring. From the station, I took a taxi for about 2030 yen. The view from the room is very nice. We enjoyed tea time and a good time while looking out at the river. The hot springs were also located along the river, so I was immersed in an open feeling. I was able to take a relaxing bath in the lukewarm water. It was a hotel that I would like to visit again.

Staying here for 4 nights was one of the best decisions we made during our 2 week trek through the less "touristy" areas of Japan. …
