The owners are really friendly. I arrived at Sam late in the evening, and they met me in front of the bus stop. The breakfast was nice and clean, and they always asked if I wanted more bread. There was a washing machine and a dryer, so I was able to do all my laundry on a rainy day, so I had a lot less luggage. It's a place I want to visit again

You can park in the vacant lot in front of the accommodation. The house is a two-story house, but the owner and his wife live on the first floor. There are two rooms on the second floor, and it is a neat Japanese-style house, and I didn't feel any inconveniences. There is no supermarket nearby (5 minutes by car), so you can self-purchase drinks, snacks, bread, etc. from the kitchen. The best part of this place is breakfast! It was really delicious. The owner and his wife are so kind and it feels like I'm visiting my grandmother's house in the countryside...I want to go again.
