At the restaurant, my companion had tempura soba noodles and I had wild boar curry. There's so much boar meat that you can barely fill your mouth with one bite!Since it's game meat, I expected it to have some odor, but...there was no odor at all, and even though it was a spicy curry, I was able to enjoy the sweetness of the fat. This wouldn't have happened unless you were very good at handling things. It was an incredibly delicious curry. The wood stove was burning warmly, and Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" happened to be playing quietly on the radio.Although it was cold outside, it was just like the lyrics said.There are also jars of jam and pickled mushrooms in tsukudani, and unlike the venison jerky for humans, the dog meat jerky is purposely made with less blood removed, so the dogs sit down and say, "More please..." It was so popular that I kept staring at it, and even when I said, "I ate too much! See you tomorrow!", it was hard to shake me off as it followed me (lol).
