(End of October 2022) I had a mushroom gozen meal and mushroom hotpot soba. A wide variety of mushrooms, with just the right amount of seasoning to enjoy the flavor of each type. I was so full that I couldn't move.I want to come again next year...!In addition, I bump into relatives in Yamagata City. It's said to be a soba restaurant where residents of Yamagata secretly come to...(I think mushrooms are the staple food rather than the noodles)(Spring 2014) The hotpot with a wide variety of mushrooms, including some species I had never heard of, and the aromatic roasted Gassan bamboo shoots were really delicious. OK for lunch without staying overnight. I felt like I had come to a relative's house with a spacious tatami room and I was able to relax. On the way home, a kind old man told me, ``Now the shape of the snowy valley on Mt. Gassan is XX, so this year we'll be able to catch XX there.'' It left a deep impression on me.

This was my first visit since I came to Oizawa for work in mid-November.Would you like your mom to put the duck in? I didn't understand why, so I answered "Yes" and asked where I would be seated. I thought as I went to the back room.Oh, I like it 👍It's my grandma's house.I don't want to live in an old house, but I love the atmosphere. At this point, I still don't know what kind of soba I'll get or what I ordered lol😆It’s here! A pot full of mushroom soup!Isn't that the correct answer? There are a wide variety of mushrooms, including my favorite, Mukitake. The soba noodles have also arrived. Should I eat this with mushroom soup? Or should I just throw it in a pot and eat it?I don't know…You can eat it as you like lolIt’s delicious! And it's quite filling. One pot for two people was crazy lolI'll visit you again!! ️Thank you for the meal~

I went in autumn, and the mushroom soba was very delicious! Would you like to add duck meat? I added it because it was recommended, but I think it's delicious even without it. It is difficult to find the parking lot, so please ask the staff at the store. It has an old Showa retro feel. What about those with children? That's what it feels like.

After climbing Mt. Daiasahidake, we had lunch. There are only 3 items on the menu. It's a bit of a shame that they don't have wild vegetable tempura! I ordered a large plate soba for ¥2,100 (plate soba is quite expensive), but the portion was small and not very tasty. . Disappointed😞

After climbing Mt. Asahidake, I want to eat hot springs and soba noodles! That's what my husband said, so I came across this place by chance.I ate cold wild vegetable soba and meat soba (with flying mushrooms), and both were delicious. It's an old store, but it's clean and has the atmosphere of an old grandma's house, which I personally like. The landlady and the young boy worked hard and made me feel very welcome.I'm also interested in guesthouses!
