We booked the bunglow for 4 adults and 3 children.. it was sufficient space wise and host provided free mattress which seems not available when you book online. However, we also rented sleeping bags which costed 1100 per piece. There is an amazing hiking route of 40-45mins around the place and we did hike even with 3-4yr old kids so its a great activity.Owner was kind enough to provide all the people with spare 🌽 (corn) which he had ample from his farm.Place is slightly isolated which makes it a excellent place for viewing stars. (Very low light pollution).

I was looking for a campsite two weeks before Golden Week, and I happened to find this place on Nap. Although it is far from Kanto by car, I was very happy that there were no major traffic jams on my way there and back. There are many nature experiences here, including fishing and making DIY crafts. He taught us how to catch fish by ourselves from bait (catching black river bugs under rocks), the correct way to fish, and even how to handle the rainbow trout we caught with our own hands. This was my first experience with the children and I learned a lot. The fishing pond and surrounding scenery are also wonderful, and I think it was created with great care. For crafts, we tried bird calls and acorn DIY. It was my first time hearing a bird call, and it was surprisingly similar to a bird's voice. It's a children's favorite. For DIY, you first go around the campsite and collect materials such as acorns and branches yourself, then ask the staff to teach you how to make something you have imagined. This was also good.My husband and I went for a walk from the promenade to Crystal Pond while the kids were doing some DIY. It took about 30 minutes to walk there and back, and the scenery was amazing. The trees and sky reflected in the highly transparent crystal pond were very beautiful. However, the road has some height differences, so it may be a bit difficult for elderly people and small children. We were blessed with good weather both nights, and the stars at night were very beautiful. I warmed up the local wine I bought in the administration building over a bonfire and watched it while drinking it. (It's quite cold at night, so mulled wine would be nice too.)Everything was good, but there was one thing that was disappointing. There was a glue camp family across the river, and it was a little noisy in the mornings and evenings. I understand that children want to have fun and have fun, but it's a bit of a hassle to have fun starting at 5am...I woke up right away. It would be perfect if it was a little quieter in the morning and evening ^_^Overall it was a lot of fun. thank you very much.

It's a really great campsite.Although it is a free site,I don't think you will regret it anywhere. We went fishing.Although it can be called a fishing pond, it is quite a large pond.I was given a rod and a net,Start by catching insects for bait. For children, catching bugs and putting them on a needleEven the place becomes one event.Because the water is clear,You can clearly see the fish until the moment they eat the insects. The fish I caughtHow to cut spinal nervesHow to remove internal organsLet me know and I'll take it myself.Be as kind as even children canYou can tell me.I think it will be a great experience.

Hello from Singapore! We stayed for one night in a cute cabin and enjoyed building our own campfire. We brought our own foods and grilling plate from a supermarket beforehand. The cabin is not heated so it gets very cold at night and you should layer up. Hot water takes a bit of time to come out.The mushroom picking experience was incredible and the hotpot amazing. We enjoyed ourselves so much and the hospitality shown by the guides and the staff of the campsite were incredible. We loved it all and hope we get to visit again in the future.
