I was soothed by the cute animals and staying in an old folk house. It was my first time sleeping under a mosquito net, but I slept comfortably.

We stayed at Pukara-sa, an old private house with red tiles, and had a wonderful time. The building exudes the warmth and history of an old folk house, making you feel as if you have traveled back in time. The building was carefully constructed down to the smallest detail, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of traditional Japan. In particular, the red tile roof brought out the atmosphere, and at night, the children enjoyed the mosquito net, calling it a secret hideout, and it was quiet and very relaxing. I would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed many years ago but I’ll never forget our stay. This is Okinawa heaven. The ocean is pristine and just a few steps from this quaint home. The owners were so lovely and we found a great live Okinawan music bar close by to enjoy the evening.

I stayed here in February of this year. Old houses have an atmosphere both inside and out, and if you leave the shutters on the veranda open, you can get a nice breeze. In the warmer months, you can even sleep with the shutters open. It was so chilly in February that I had to close the shutters at night, but I definitely wanted to stay there again in warmer weather. Also, the water area was new and clean, making it a comfortable stay.

I stayed there in December last year. This time, I surprised my friend with a wedding present, and thanks to the wonderful owner's help, it was a success and I had some great memories. It was also a valuable experience where I was able to interact with goats and Ryukyu dogs, and sleep under a mosquito net at night, making it feel like I was living in a red-tiled inn.It is a wonderful place where you can see, feel, and touch the warmth and memories that people have accumulated throughout their lives, such as the red-tiled pillars of the inn.I live in the prefecture, but I think that once you stay there, you will become addicted to it.Please let me stay again!

We had a relaxing time that is unique to Okinawa. Not only the service, but also the owner's personality, made me feel comfortable. It was a very luxurious and relaxing time, spending time in an old house, petting goats, and watching the sunset on the beach that was within walking distance.I would like to come again.

I don't think it's easy to experience staying in an old folk house in Okinawa. It was a good experience. The surrounding rows of Fukugi trees, the sound of the guard goats, and the quiet beach just a few minutes walk away are all very special. Also, although it is an old private house, the facilities such as shower toilet and dimmable lighting are the latest and better than our own. Although it was late April, there were already mosquitoes, so I had to hang a mosquito net. It was a bit hot, so I went to bed with the shutters open, but it started raining heavily in the middle of the night. I regretted closing the shutters in a hurry while falling asleep, but this was something I couldn't have done at a hotel.

We had a relaxing time.I couldn't stay too long because I had other plans, so I almost regretted using it just to sleep. There was a goat smell and some insects, but it wasn't that bothersome. There are shops like a convenience store within a short walk, and there is a beach, so it was fun to take a walk. The breakfast was delicious, and the Ryukyu dog we had was very smart and cute.

I wanted to stay in an old folk house in Okinawa, so I made a reservation several months in advance, and it was much nicer than I expected. The red tile house and stone walls were even more beautiful than I expected.I love the inside of my house so much that I don't want anyone else to know about it, and I want to leave it in a secret place that only I want to visit. It is a place where you can feed the goats in the garden, take a walk to the beach and find rare hermit crabs and shellfish, and have other valuable experiences.I have fond memories in my heart and would like to go again. thank you for everything.
