I stayed overnight while going wild vegetable picking.I had only participated in wild vegetable picking before, but this was my first time staying here.I was able to experience and hear many stories about things like having a meal around an irori hearth, things that I don't normally get to experience when living in a city, and what it's like to live here. She's usually nervous around men, but she got attached to her and seemed to be having fun helping the staff after they harvested the wild vegetables!Rice by the hearth, wild vegetables that we had picked, firefly squid that the staff had picked for us, and delicious wild boar hotpot with sweet oil. .Also, the sake with Kuromoji and other ingredients taken from the mountains was delicious.I was surprised to see that my child, who hates vegetables, ate them so much. The room was a simple tatami room, but we were able to spend a relaxing time in the common space until late, and the space was mostly just for sleeping. In the morning, I had French toast with maple syrup made from tree sap and watercress salad. Not only was the food delicious, but the environment was so comfortable that I didn't want to go home!Although it is far away, I would like to visit you again.
