If possible, don't come too late. Because at 9 pm the road to the location was quiet and quite dark. Choose a Duluxe room, there are beams. The place is nice but there seems to be a lack of maintenance, the balcony lights are off. Cold AC, clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Didn't get a soap bath. Drinking water is available in gallon water, those who bring popmies can use gallon water. The TV cannot be changed channels. Unfortunately the swimming pool is dry, you can't use it when you go there...

I booked via the redDoorz application, it was a long way in, the road was also steep, it was scary to fall, but when I arrived at the hotel from the front it already looked scary, next to it there were empty buildings, I was afraid it would be scary, but it didn't happen even though I had already transferred, I went back and looked for another hotel, I tried canceling on the redDoorz application but couldn't get a refund 😭Anyway, be careful for those who want to book a hotel, look at the comments first, don't be like me because you're already in a hurry, it's already afternoon, you're afraid it'll rain, you won't have time to take photos of the place.

Access to the location is difficult, the road is small, only enough for 1 car & poor, with minimal lightingThe room smells of cigarettes, the mattress & pillows smell mustyThe TV doesn't turn on, the AC isn't cold, the lights aren't bright enough, the bathroom is dirtyLike a place for sexThere are only 2 nice rooms on the 1st floor and the price is expensive.Had to stay overnight because I had already paid via the application & it was already late at night too.The hotel is a horror in terms of facilities & environment!

The hotel is dilapidated, lots of red ants on the mattress and pillows.The room smells musty and the floor is also dirty.We were forced to stay here because we were tight, the hotel we were supposed to want was full, so we were forced to look for another hotel to get this.The atmosphere of the hotel was also quite scary, I couldn't sleep all night because it seemed like someone was staring at me from the window.Anyway, it's scary.The bathroom tiles also have holes, the bedroom walls are cracked, the wall stickers are also torn.I won't want to stay here again, it's quite expensive.The only advantage is that the receptionist is very friendly.

Please, the hotel, please pay attention to customer complaints.Even though it's not just 1 or 2 people, there is no improvement.The room was damp, the floor was dirty like it had never been swept, the bed was dusty and smelly.The roof is seeping through to the walls, the wall paint is peeling.THE BOTTOM LINE OF THIS HOTEL IS filthy!!!Especially for those bringing babies like me, I really don't recommend this hotel.

Those who want to stay here, it's better to cancel, rather than not being able to sleep... hahaha...Even the road access to it is already scary, plus the road near the hotel is really bad, especially for a small car like a Brio, it's already very tense, the hotel area in front of it has an abandoned building which hasn't been renovated yet, adding to the impression of horror...haha...if not I had to, because of my laziness, turn right back... I was the only one staying, out of the many rooms and the size of the place... gileeee... really a test of courage... how come there isn't a water heater... TV only has 1 channel, no wifi, bad signal , plus the blankets omaigaattttt really smells 🤮🤮🤮 ,,, this is the first time I found a hotel like that which has never been washed, the sheets and blankets ,, can't sleep, not because of the horror... but because of the smell of the blankets 😭😭😭😭😭

Being pranked with photos in the app 🥹 It feels like a real test. From the start when you entered the location it felt like horror, but it was true that the location surrounded by villas was empty, in front of the villa there was also an empty building like it was for shooting a horror film... Arriving at the lobby, it was quite calming, but when we arrived at the room, I just looked left and right, I didn't dare because I felt really horrified, it really felt like the accommodation wasn't taken care of! When I got to the room, it was taraaaaaa... If I didn't have to, I wouldn't want to stay there... I went into the room and checked here and there, the sheets had lots of spots, the pillows smelled, the sink was leaking. Complaining down, finally the room was changed until I was given 2 room choices. Well, just choose a room that looks okay even though the ceiling above is not that great! There's only 1 TV channel, but you get smelly pillows and towels, the bed sheets are also poor.But sorry, this isn't bad-mouthing, this is a fact so that Urban View pays more attention to guest comfort, cleanliness also needs to be paid attention to...

As for the place, it's not bad and the view from the rooftop is really good. For a fairly clean room, you can get one towel and one soap. The service is also welcoming. The only downside is that the access road to the hotel is a bit damaged. Just a little. Just enter the hotel. Over all, everything is ok, it's worth it at that price. Close to cafes.

Betmen's a trap hotel, from the advertisement the photos are good as soon as you enter the horror atmosphere, like Susana's house is dirty, the sink is leaking, the TV only has 1 channel, the sheets smell musty, the paint is like a boarding house and it's not taken care of, plus there are some strange things, my wife almost fell into a trance, not recommended, gaaiiiss, it's better to go kabooor ..🤣🤣🤣

I just want good comments and the rest are suggestions1. The location is not far from the main street, if you have work at Royal Tulip it's close by2. The price is 100 thousand and you already get AC, hot water, TV (even though it's only 1 channel 😂) it's okay if there aren't any3. In the morning the view is quite good to see the sunriseJust a suggestion to make it even busier1. Hopefully the access road to the hotel will be repaired quickly, if every day I pass by it breaks my shock absorber 😂2. The room is painted in different colors, so it doesn't look like a hospital operating room, give it a nice painting. Then repair the damaged ceiling if possible so you don't worry.3. You can give soap, shampoo sachets, clean blankets, glass water. Because if you go into your room you won't want to come out once it's already past dusk 😂4. It's nice if there's a campfire, so it's not too quiet at night. Even though I didn't see anything, it was quite scary5. Lastly, I want to say thank you for being served. Hopefully it will be busy, it's a pity to see the hotel is big but only 3 motorbikes are staying 😢😢😢

Don't stay here if you don't want to regret it, the AC is dead, + someone is disturbing you (👻) the hotel is like an empty house, the rooms are very different from the photos, the road into the forest is dark and there are no street lights in the forest, not a recommendation!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.THE JOURNEY TO THE HOTEL WAS WELCOME TO A STREET THAT WAS REALLY DARK AND ON THE RIGHT AND LEFT THERE WAS JUST FOREST, THERE WAS A FEEL TO TURN BACK BUT STILL THINKING OF LIVING FOR MONEY FINALLY GAVE UP MYSELF AND TRIED TO STAY POSITIVE. AFTER CHECK IN WE WERE GIVEN THE TOP ROOM AND IT WAS REALLY SCARY, WHEN TRYING TO ENTER THE ROOM, THE DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN, IN THE END WE ASKED FOR A ROOM TUKER AND WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND THE ROOM WAS REALLY NOT WORTH IT AND SCARY, THE MATTRESS WAS MOIST AND THE BATHROOM IS VERY SCARY. I ONCE BROUGHT THE CAT THERE TO SHARE WITH OUR ROOM BUT THE CAT RAN AWAY IN FEAR. AND REALLY JUST 10 MINUTES IN THE ROOM, MY PARTNER ASKED ME TO GO HOME BECAUSE I FELT BEING WATCHED. FINALLY WE TRY TO GET THE MONEY WE HAVE SPENDEDNB: THE BEST THING OF THIS HOTEL IS ONLY ITS VERY FRIENDLY GUARD SERVICE

There are two ways of access, guys, the one on the rocky road is on the right, and luckily the maps took me via the left, which has a good road, BUT ALONG THE ROAD IT'S VERY DARK, FOREST, ONLY FEW CITIZENS, DEEP, THE DEFINITION OF THROUGH THE FOREST.After arriving at the hotel, it turned out that in front of the hotel there was an abandoned building, which was honestly really scary...But the hotel was okay, there were no strange incidents, even though I slept from 2-6 in the morning, but there were no strange sounds or sights, so it was safe.The TV is on 1 channel because there is no STB, the AC is cold.SO LITTLE WATER!! But there is hot water.The room was quite clean except there were a few ants, just when I entered the receptionist there were so many big ants that I got goosebumps.The point is, if you're brave, just go ahead, because it's not that bad and it's not as scary as that hotel. It's just that the access to the forest is really a forest. Oh yeah, don't expect wifi, hahaha
