The rooms are completely separate, so there is a sense of privacy, but in the room I stayed in, "G", the smell of sewage filled the room, and it didn't go away until I checked out the next day. .It is likely to come up from the drain in the shower room or washroom. As a result, I woke up many times in the middle of the night to the smell of sewage and couldn't get enough sleep.I was patient because it was only for one day, but if it had been for more than two days, I think I would have canceled and looked for another accommodation. There are two beds lined up throughout the room, so there is little other space and there is no dresser. I think it's difficult to put on makeup with the light and mirror in the bathroom. Also, the surface of the flooring will peel off and leave a lot of dirt on the soles of your feet, so we recommend using slippers. Also, there is no airport shuttle. If you go into the sea, they will lend you a special towel. Also, I had Daito Sushi for breakfast, which was a great decision. It was very delicious. (I think it would have tasted better if it didn't smell like sewage...)

Daito sushi was delicious. The room was clean, the toilet flushed, and the hospitality was warm.

I stayed here for two nights from September 11, 2023.The site is surrounded by trees, and you might easily miss it when driving by.Although it is on the outskirts of the village, there are shops nearby for eating and shopping, so you won't have any problems. Also, since it is a cottage, there is no curfew and you can come and go as you like at night. The cottage I stayed in had two large beds inside so I could sleep comfortably, but there wasn't much space for anything else. There are chairs and a small table, but it was difficult to use with all my luggage, so I had breakfast sitting on the bed or using my bag as a table. There is also a loft, but I didn't use it at all because I couldn't get my big bag up there using the ladder, and the air conditioning wasn't as effective as it was downstairs.Breakfast was Daito Sushi's bento box, which came with instant miso soup and was delicious.

There are several lodging facilities on Minamidaito Island, but this one has the most resort-like atmosphere. You may need some tricks to lock the front door. Also, I really want Wifi. For breakfast, I had the Daito Sushi bento box, and I felt like I had earned it.

I used it on my first visit to Minamidaito Island. The photo image was exactly as the photo posted by someone else. The twin room had two beds, the toilet had a washlet, and the bathroom only had a shower. There were all the amenities you would find in a typical hotel, such as a refrigerator, electric kettle, and towels. Since it's a cottage, there were some small insects coming in.It was close to the center of the village, so there was no inconvenience in getting around. I would like to use it again when I visit again.
