The hotel is very full of mosquito nests. The hotel should do maintenance for mosquitoes, not just spray baygon so the rooms don't smell good, but smell baygon!!! Bad experience at the hotel. The water heater was removed, even though there were 2 parallel holes for warm and cold water, but only 1 hole was used. Not worth it at a price of 400k++ on Traveloka to get a hotel like this.BTW, mosquitoes also get in the car. It's really bad!!

Before it was used for human accommodation, it seems it was used for mosquito parties. Does this hotel deliberately breed mosquitoes? The mosquitoes were super bad, the first time I entered the room I was sprayed with mosquito repellent, immediately lots of dead mosquitoes fell on the floor. there are so many, it's amusing to look at them, there really are that many.After that it decreased quite a bit, but there were still some flying around. In the morning I thought it was safe, but it turned out that as soon as I moved the bag, MASHA ALLAH, there were still lots of mosquitoes and they all flew straight away. I don't know where I came in from, even though the bedroom door was always closed.I really don't understand, it seems like this is a breeding ground for mosquitoes in hotel rooms.Try to pay more attention, the facilities are all still okay.It's just mosquitoes that are really sadistic and there's no medicine 😭😭😭

The rooms are clean, the reception service is very good (courtesy and hospitality) and when I asked for hot water in a bucket for bathing, they gave it.Food for breakfast, delicious chili sauce. It's not spicy but it tastes good. Terasi Indramayu has no opponents.Thank you Hotel Prima, hopefully the construction of the new rooms can be carried out.Minus: I only found out after I got home, I wanted to wash my clothes and open my bag.I lost my black arm sleeve size S/M, I put it on the table to the right of the bed.I don't have my fried rice brand light brown t-shirt either...Please give your child housekeeping training or housekeeping attention from management

Strategic location in the city center near the bus terminal and Yogya dept store. Friendly staff and cheap rates of 375 thousand for breakfast and there is a swimming pool. air conditioning

Stayed 08/04/24 price on the website 375 thousand at the reception 400 thousand, ordered Deluxe soap, shampoo, toothpaste when you entered it wasn't there yet when you wanted to take a shower, you were confused, everything should have been ready before the guests came in, the dim lights were not suitable for going to work... Hopefully in the future there will be changes

Service is quite friendly, improved compared to before...The breakfast provided was limited (in terms of quantity).. I deliberately tried it at late hours. The bread had run out and was no longer available..The rooms are decent, but there is no hot water available, you can sit on the terrace to watch the children swim, or chat if there are friends/colleagues visiting. It's just that you have to have a connection because there are lots of mosquitoes.. WiFi is available, but the connection is unstable..In my opinion, the price is a bit expensive for the size of the facilities available when compared to other cities, or Cirebon as the closest city...Overall "not bad", not disappointing but not special either..🙏🙏🙏

Can't sleep because of the mosquitoes, the AC isn't cold, the remote has an error, there's no telephone either. This is the first time staying in a hotel is not very comfortable. The bathroom had a lot of crust, so I used a bucket again haha, it was my mistake to book the hotel without looking at the reviews on Google first. Not anymore, thank you.

The bathroom is dirty, there are lots of crusts on the walls, there are worms in the bathroom, there is no CS telephone, there are lots of mosquitoes just coming in, for a hotel like this the price is 375 is expensive, there is no water heater, the toilet is dirty, if the price is expensive at least it is clean, motorbike parking not anywhere, the service is not good, the WiFi is bad even in 3 rooms the signal is already jumping.
