Is it true that a foreign guest cheated on me and made me overpay? It is especially dangerous for foreigners if you do not take a deposit with a credit card.I think this is completely the inn's own fault.sorry!

I searched for hot spring inns with saunas in Nagano Prefecture, and was drawn to the fact that the owner, who loves saunas, had built one, so I booked it for one night and two days.⚫︎SaunaAs expected, it was very good! It was spacious and I felt like I was surrounded by nature, and the bonfire was soothing. I would have been grateful if there was a clock or hourglass in the sauna room.⚫︎Private open-air bath, hot springThe private bath was a place where you couldn't wash your clothes! The temperature was just right and it was spacious.I thought it would be nice to have a clock here as the reserved time is limited. Also, the lighting was red, and I thought it might be reminiscent of autumn leaves, but I felt a sense of warning, and I think the Asian lights, candle lights, bamboo lamps, etc. in the hallway matched the atmosphere. I personally thought 💡But the leaves looked like autumn leaves so it was beautiful 🍁The hot spring was hot, but as soon as the water was turned on, the temperature became just right and it felt great!I feel like my skin has become beautiful ✨It would be nice to have a clock here too. .⚫︎MealThere are certain things that I can't eat, but when I told them in advance, they kindly accommodated me.It was voluminous and everything was delicious, but the mushroom hotpot and rice were especially delicious! All the rooms are private, so it feels special and I was able to enjoy it slowly.⚫︎RoomIt was a corner room on the second floor. When I arrived, the air conditioner was on, and I was impressed by the care.It was more than enough space for two people to spend time together, it was clean, there was no noise, and I felt calm.Although I am sensitive to smells, I was able to sleep well without worrying about the futon or the room.⚫︎Staff membersI get the impression that everyone is kind and polite✨I could see that they were attentive to the details, such as the surrounding tourist information, Yunohana, measures against stink bugs, and fallen leaves, and I was able to create a better inn by incorporating the opinions of those who stayed there. It warmed my heart to see that. .I'm usually in a noisy place, and everywhere I go, it's overflowing with foreign tourists, so I was looking for a place that wasn't like that, so it was perfect, and it was a wonderful place with abundant nature, clean air, and quiet.I would definitely like to come again.Thank you very much for letting us spend such a special time with you.

I happened to find this inn with a private sauna on Rakuten Travel.I couldn't get a private sauna at the time I wanted from Rakuten, so I checked the official website and found that the time I wanted was available, so I made a reservation. At that time, I was worried because the sauna time was 2 hours earlier than the check-in time, so I asked a question on the official LINE (not AI) and received a polite reply. We went to Suzaka Station and took a taxi to the hotel, but there were almost no taxis at the taxi stand at Suzaka Station.I think you should be prepared to wait quite a while.Taxi fare is approximately 5,000 yen. Also, since there is no convenience store near the inn, there is an AEON store in front of Suzaka Station, so we recommend getting whatever you need there before heading to the inn.First, check-in is done using your smartphone by scanning a QR code. You can also reserve a private open-air bath from your smartphone. There was also a designated iPhone in the room, which I was supposed to use.If you go in the summer, there will be a lot of insects, so be careful if you don't like insects. There are quite a few insects in the private sauna and open-air bath. It's a hot spring, but it smells like sulfur and feels like THE hot spring. My skin becomes smooth, but if I don't wash it off thoroughly, when I took off my clothes to take a bath the next day, it smelled like sulfur. The food was different from what I saw on YouTube. It's good because it was delicious, but I would be happy if the latest version of the meal menu could be published somewhere in the media.I heard that breakfast has been changed to mushroom porridge. This was super delicious and I was hooked! One thing I was disappointed with was the temperature of the water bath.I went in August, and the temperature is high nationwide this year, so it can't be helped, but it wasn't cold (´;ω;`)If possible, I would appreciate it if you could put ice in the cooler box to lower the water temperature to your desired temperature!Overall it was good and there are a lot of things I want to write about.I can't put it into words, so if you're interested, please go and check it out!

I somehow searched for it because it was being talked about on X.There was just a vacancy, so I made a reservation on a whim.Since I want to drink alcohol while traveling, I usually use public transportation, so I would be very grateful if you could pick me up at the station. It's about 20 minutes by car from the station. When you make a reservation, you will receive information on LINE from time to time, and even after check-in, the basic communication is on LINE.The person in charge will respond via LINE.The weather was not good on the day I stayed so I couldn't see the stars, but is there a good place to see the stars? When I asked questions, he told me.If you don't understand something, I think you can ask it on Janjan LINE.It was my fault for not asking about it later and thinking, ``Oh, that's what it meant.''The room we stayed in was a traditional hot spring inn. Very normal. The water is quite hot.It was so hot that I had to carry a water hose to get in.But it feels so good.I regret not going to the public bath. The private sauna was open from 5am, but I enjoyed it because I went to bed early the day before. The 2 hour private time is pretty quick.I always have too much food at inns, so I ended up eating a little more than I could eat, but I was glad I didn't feel guilty about it.On the way back, I went to Obuse and did some sightseeing, and then some sightseeing in Nagano.Overall very satisfied.thank you very much.

This inn is popular for its very large sauna. The sauna, the morning and night meals, and the hot springs were all great. The young owner and staff were thinking about new things and trying new things, and the hospitality of a long-established restaurant was well-balanced at a high level. It's a little expensive if you stay solo, but if you want to be with someone else, we'll take care of you. There are many famous places in Nagano nearby, so it's a perfect base for sightseeing.

Recommended for saunas, this is a hot spring inn with a polk sauna.Since my plan didn't include a sauna, I went to the private open-air bath, but the water was too hot to soak in, so I quickly got dressed and went to the large indoor bath.I was very disappointed that I couldn't take a bath in the open-air bath. It's nice to be served a glass of Takayama winery and a rare local beer at dinner. That's nice.

This inn is located directly across from the inn where Sota Fujii won his seventh crown. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the nearest convenience store, so we recommend buying them in advance before checking in.The highlight is definitely the pork sauna. It's nice to be able to rent out a sauna in the middle of nature. Sauna goods can be rented (for a fee). The sauna doesn't have a sauna clock, so it's a bit inconvenient. The only clock is a large desk digital clock. The open-air bath can also be reserved. However, the path to the open-air bath and sauna is dangerous, so I thought it would be better to have more lights on or bring a flashlight. The room had been renovated and was beautiful. I noticed that the shelves and ottoman (chair legrest) were covered in dust. The dinner menu uses locally sourced ingredients. The mushrooms, boar meat, beef, pork, and chicken were delicious. However, I didn't have chopsticks to handle raw meat, so I boiled and grilled it using toothpicks I had next to me.The Yonaki Oden was delicious and the soup stock was soaked in.Breakfast is Japanese only. To be honest, the only side dish I had was an onsen egg (sorry to those who prefer potato salad, dried daikon radish, or hijiki as a side dish), and I was given a second helping of ohitsu, but I couldn't finish it all. It's an overall wonderful inn with a lot of creativity. On the other hand, as mentioned above, there are many things that I find disappointing.

A young couple bought an inn that went out of business and renovated it. I think the hot spring baths and saunas are wonderful.Guests can use the large public bath and waterfall bath for free. There is wifi, the toilet has a washlet, and the inside of the building is retro, but that's good (^^)There are free massage chairs and oden (rice bowls) in the evening, and the hospitality of the young staff will make you feel warm.If you like sauna, please come

The wiring in the hallways and bathrooms is quite unsanitary.I was interested in the lighting that looked like a love hotel. Most of the staff are goodI think it's fine if you only use the sauna. The inside of the building looks like a training camp.

I stayed here because they had a private sauna and a private open-air bath. The temperature of the bath was so high that I couldn't really relax, but the sauna was open and I enjoyed it.Since it is in nature, you should be prepared for insects floating in the pool.
