There are only two manned mountain huts on Mt. Hakusan, Nanryu Sanso and Murodo. This hut is located in Minami Ryugababa, a gentle and spacious valley that slopes slightly down toward Mt. Betsuyama (Chiburi Ridge Route) in Murodo, where the two new roads from Betto Deai and the Hirase Road intersect. There is a large campground nearby, including Kevin, where families and groups can stay overnight.I think one of the features is that it's not only cool because it's close to a mountain stream, but also blessed with good water for a large mountain hut.The exterior looks like an old-fashioned mountain hut, but the toilets, sinks, and other water areas are very modern (Western-style flushing) and clean, and the water (Nanryusui) is very delicious. The so-called silkworm rack-style bunks also have partitions for three people, and if it's not too crowded, each of these partitions can be used as a semi-private room (like a Blue Train sleeper or a capsule hotel).Evening and breakfast are quite stylish for a mountain hut. The fact that they have draft beer might be a nice feature for summer mountain climbing.

The water is delicious.I used it in the latter half of July.A style where three people sleep side by side in bunk beds.Lights are turned off at 8pm, but every time someone comes out into the hallway, the lights turn on, so it was very bright when I was sleeping on the bunk bed. There are blankets, but you will get hot while sleeping. It might be a good idea to sleep with an eye mask, earplugs and a blanket as it's dusty.Smartphones are out of range inside the mountain hut. When I left the mountain hut and took a few steps, I was connected to Rakuten Mobile.

Compared to Murodo...① There are flush toilets in the building.(with washlet)②Smartphone charging is free③Drinks such as beer are relatively cheap.④There are books and manga (Gake).⑤You can also watch TVIt's summer, but the water is cold.I would like to come and stay there next fall.

It's over 2,000 meters above sea level, so it's easy to spend time there even in the summer.Beds are separated by group as a precaution against the coronavirus.Refills of rice and miso soup were available for both dinner and breakfast.

I only went to look at the store. Coke was more expensive than ice.

As a precaution against the coronavirus, the bunk beds on one floor were for two people and had a screen over the head. There is also a flush toilet inside the room. The water from the washbasin faucet can also be used as drinking water.

The sky from Nanryu Garden is wide, and the atmosphere of the idyllic plateau is very nice.
