Thank you for staying with us for 2 nights. The parking lot is gravel. It's spacious so it's easy to park, but I think it was a carrying case, but the carrying case was knocked over and the car was damaged. There are many strong winds in Wakkanai, and the parking lot is gravel, so if you have a carry-on case, please be careful not to knock it over. The location is good as it's in a bar area. There are pubs nearby, so it was easy to have dinner as it was just a short walk away. The large public bath only has an indoor bath, a cold bath, and a sauna, but it's a hot spring, so it's warm.Sauna 80℃. Water bath over 20℃.There is mint water in the sauna, and the mint scent is pleasant, but the sauna is quite dry.The water bath is quite warm. The shower temperature cannot be changed.Breakfast is a normal buffet. It was nice to be greeted cheerfully by the staff. No matter what restaurant you eat at dinner, it's a bit strange. Not recommended.

Would not reccommend. The rooms are fine, it was just a shock how rude all of the staff were. We arrived at 5am knowing that we would have to check out 5hr later and we paid full price €450 for two rooms - that’s fine, we were happy to pay.All of the gentleman working behind the front desk treated us as if our stay was a ‘burden’ for them. Picking his nose as he looked down upon us.The breakfast ladies were also rude on many different accounts. While we enjoyed the last sip of coffee as they were set to start cleaning up - 9am… they told us we had to move on immediately, no warning, nothing. I could pick out another 5 inflexible things, but if youve read this far, you know what to expect.Over priced, clean basic rooms, but staff that obviously don’t realize that their reputation lives on in customer reviews like these. Would certainly not stay again or recommend to anyone else.

I had a hard time finding the parking lot as there was no information posted, but when I checked in and entered the room, I found that the hotel had been renovated and was very clean and spacious, where I could relax. The meals for breakfast and dinner were not too salty, but were delicious. I couldn't say that.As others have written, the hot springs are a bit hot.Overall, I think this hotel is worth the price.

The waiters are of high quality and the hotel delivers milk directly from Wakkanai. It's a pity that the crabs are cold.

It's a normal hotel!I visited on a tour, and the breakfast and evening meals were buffet style. There are a lot of items, but the price is reasonable.
