Stayed on October 17thWe met them, checked them in, and guided them to their rooms, where they explained how to use the hotel. The inside of the hotel is as expected and the buffet is top-ranked for me, including beef stew and beef tendon stew.I stayed at Hachibankan, and every corner was well-cleaned and the atmosphere was mature, so I was able to relax.Anyway, the feeling of being in a different space was great!

My family of four was able to fully enjoy the hot springs and the delicious buffet for the first time in a while. The hospitality of each and every employee was good from the moment we arrived by car.You can soak in a hot spring in a beautiful Japanese-style room.As expected from Yokozuna of the EastThis is a ryokan that I would like to visit again.

In mid-October, on the Friday before the holidays, I stayed in a deluxe twin room on the top floor with half board for around 25,000 yen per person.① This is a splendid hotel that is full of the atmosphere of the bubble period, which is one of my favorite foods, and I don't think there will be any more luxurious hotels like this in Japan in the future. Of course, it's undeniable that it's old, but I'm sure anyone who likes large-scale hotels like this one will feel even more excited. There was a small exhibition corner about the history of the hotel, but there were almost no works of art. Also, the lounge/bar, which is supposed to be very luxurious, wasn't open even though it was the busy season...I guess it's difficult to find employees.② The room was fully equipped with a massage chair, spacious and luxurious with toiletries and cosmetics, so I had nothing to say about it. There is no problem with the quality of the bed. By the way, the renewal has been done in a timely manner, and it didn't feel old at all.③ Regarding the food, although it was a buffet, I personally was satisfied with the wide variety of menus. However, I felt that the price of alcohol was a little high. I was sitting in front of the alcohol corner, and I remember that there were surprisingly few people ordering it. In that sense, Mr. Sakan at Akiu Onsen was amazing because all the alcohol was free...I mean, in the end, you end up eating less as a result of drinking...It's good for the hotel to let you drink beer at a cheaper price. I think it might be better to stay there (bars and lounges aren't open either).④ Regarding the hot springs, of course it's not bad, but personally I honestly felt it was a bit lacking in scale. There is no such thing as a luxurious bath with a luxurious amount of hot water. Although the observation bath was not that big, it was very nice and nice. However, there weren't many washing areas and shampooing was prohibited, so I had to wait for the elevator and go to the bathroom just once.So the next morning, after taking a bath with a view, I shampooed my hair in my room. I didn't really feel the characteristics of the hot water. So, I've said a lot of things before, but I saw this hotel on YouTube a while ago and I wanted to stay there at least once, so it was a very good memory. In terms of cost performance, the price for this room is great considering it's a Saturday holiday. By the way, you could see the famous ruins from the hotel's balcony. All the staff were kind and nice. thank you very much.

I stayed for the open-air lobby and hot springs, and was very satisfied, but the dinner buffet was even more overwhelming. There are all kinds of dishes, and it would be a dream come true to eat them all. Shabu-shabu, roasted sweetfish, spaghetti, fillet steak, roast beef, etc. are cooked on the spot, and all the other dishes that are left out are above the mark (personally, I recommend the beef stew and curry).I regret that I got carried away and ate too much and couldn't really be serious at the morning buffet. If it's your first time in Kinugawa, you can't go wrong staying here.

The customer service, interior design, food, and bathrooms were all great! Everyone had a good impression. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet had a wide variety and I ate way too much.Highly recommended.I look forward to staying with you again when I come to Kinugawa again. There are too many good points to list, but both my wife and I were very satisfied. I talked to a friend who had stayed there before and she had the same opinion.Thank you to all our employees.

There aren't any other bad things about the facilities or the customer service, but if you try to compare it to others, you'll feel like it's lacking in color (features). It's not bad, but I would like to see Asaya's colors instead of just the Viking colors. Also, they only pay attention to group customers and neglect individual customers...There are only a few young customers here, but I wonder how they give preferential treatment to the elderly. Probably if it stays like this....It may be difficult, but I have high hopes.Crowding is also a factor.

Due to the timing not being right, we stayed on Friday for 3 adults in a 10 tatami room on the 3rd to 5th floors facing the valley, which cost about 63,000 yen per night. The room has the same floor plan as the standard Japanese-style room, room 532 on the 5th floor. However, the scenery is full of ruins, and when you go out to the balcony at night, you can hear the powerful sound of the river, which makes the atmosphere even more...The room itself was thoroughly cleaned and the cushions were fluffy, making it quite comfortable. There is a welcome drink in the lobby, and the cold yuzu tea is delicious (by the way, there are tables and chairs in the smoking area on the lobby floor, and you are allowed to bring your own drinks)The large public bath (women's bath) on the 1st floor of Hachibankan has a silky bath that feels nice when you stroke your body while soaking in it.The mist sauna is not too hot, so you can relax.Open-air bath in the air During even-numbered months, the women's bath is a standing bath, but if you want to soak in the boat bath, you can do so the next morning. It was night, but unfortunately the sky was so bad that I couldn't see the stars, but I could see faint mountains and was able to relax in the night breeze (it seems to be canceled on windy days or in the event of thunder). The semi-open-air bath in the Shuhokan public bath lets you feel the breeze from the jet bath, making you feel comfortable and relieve fatigue. The washing area and indoor bath were spacious, so I was able to take a relaxing soak. No matter which bath you go to, the changing and washing areas are kept clean, so it feels good. Despite the large number of customers, it seemed empty.Depending on the time of day, even the open-air bath was almost reserved for private use.Dinner at ASAYAGARDEN on the 8th floor of Shuhokan.Earliest time.Number of items and number of seats.A lot of people. I felt the distance between me and my neighbor was a little narrow, but there was no problem with the flow line. They replenish food quickly, so there is almost never a shortage of food, and empty plates are quickly cleared away, so I had a pleasant meal. Personally, the pasta made in the live kitchen was delicious. Of course there was crab too.Game Corner Shuhokan 3rd floor Las Vegas There are quite a few different games, so I think even families with children can enjoy it. Air hockey showdown with my family for the first time in a while! I also really enjoyed the medal games.Billiards Shuhokan 4th floor 750 yen per person per hour It was a spacious space where you could play without worrying about your surroundings There was also a table with chairs (smoking area right next door) Reservations can be made at the game cornerAsaya Souvenir Road Asaya has a wide variety of products, from Asaya's original products to specialty products. Onsen Manju was sold out an hour before closing. I bought Asaya's special soft curry rice crackers.Breakfast Shuhokan 4th floor Wisteria buffet It's not as big as ASAYAGARDEN, but there are fewer people and it feels calmer. The semi-private seats by the window are popular, so if you really want to go, you might want to go early. Personally, I liked the fact that the buffet had the same type of content, so I was able to go around more slowly. It took me over 9 hours to get there due to rain and traffic jams, but I'm so glad I went!On my way home, each and every staff member greeted me and sent me off in a good mood. Thank you very much for a wonderful day-Thank you-

This was my second time staying here for my parents' birthday. It's been a while since I've stayed here, but I was impressed that all the shower heads were ReFa! It was very comfortable to use, and I was glad to take my time in the hot springs ^_^ I prefer buffet meals to kaiseki meals. I like it because I get to eat things, and everything was delicious! The Mont Blanc was made right in front of me, which made it even more delicious.I think it's a bit of an old facility.I was concerned about the smell in the bathroom (especially on the top floor) and the washing area.Other than that, I'm glad I was able to take it easy! This is an inn I would like to stay at again ^_^thank you very much.
