"Hamaya"Visited around 14:00 on Saturday, February 24, 2024.Visited for lunch. The place I had planned to visit was very crowded, so I changed my plans and visited.Ordered the sashimi set meal. The rice bowl arrived in about 14 minutes after ordering. The sashimi was a piece of tuna (tuna) with bones attached, but it was delicious. The rice was a mixture of hard rice. There were probably 3 grains in there that would lose moisture and become hard after cooking.Probably not next time.

I stopped by a restaurant to eat monkfish hotpot. There was a line at the surrounding stores, but this one had empty seats so I was able to get in without waiting. The atmosphere of the staff was very homey and I felt like I was traveling. Also, I was worried because there weren't many customers, but the monkfish hotpot was very delicious with a slight yuzu scent. This is a hidden gem that you can eat without lining up at lunchtime.(Maybe it just happened to be a day when there weren't many customers.)The exterior and interior are full of Showa era feel, further deepening the feeling of traveling.Until now, I had been eating monkfish hotpot at popular restaurants around the area, but I thought the taste here was also quaint and good.

I had dinner with my family. This is my first time posting a review because it was the worst experience in my life.Even though it's a tourist spot price, it's just too bad.・Soy sauce is oxidized and cannot be eaten.・The pickles that appear to be homemade are sour and have no flavor at all, making them inedible.・Despite being a port town, the sashimi is not fresh at all, and you can't use soy sauce, so I don't feel like eating it (I ate a little, but it was still bad)・As for the tempura, I was able to eat only the vegetable tempura, but the shrimp tempura that my family was looking forward to had no crispy texture at all, and apparently it was so bad that my child, who loves shrimp tempura, took a bite and said, ``I don't want any more.''I can't believe that there are people who are giving it high ratings (maybe it's due to timing). I was hoping for fresh seafood, but I ended up throwing away 7,300 yen (at least I was saved by ordering a smaller amount the first time). Afterwards, my family and I went to a convenience store to fill our stomachs. Now that I think about it, the family of the previous customer was sitting quietly with gloomy faces and their chopsticks weren't moving, so I guess that's what happened. It was high season and I couldn't find a restaurant that was full, but this one had a vacancy.*Only my youngest child ate the fried shrimp without saying anything. Also, the miso soup was the only thing I could eat if I had patience.

I visited for lunchThe entrance is the same as the inn. When I entered, I saw an old man smoking a cigarette on the sofa, but when I ordered a seafood bowl, the old man who was at the entrance went into the kitchen and started cooking.I started making seafood bowls with the same hand that I had been smoking.I will never go there againThe taste is neither good nor bad.Not particularly tastySeafood bowl 2,300 yen (tax included)

I was wandering around looking for monkfish hotpot just before 4pm when I finally found an open restaurant and stopped by.My parents and I ordered two servings of monkfish hotpot, fried monkfish, fried monkfish, and simmered seafood rice bowl.I was surprised that there was more than I expected even for two servings of hot pot. What surprised me most was the seafood bowl. Not only the size, but the variety and variety of toppings is even more bewildering. The tuna is huge, steamed abalone, sea urchin, salmon roe, scallops, squid, crab, octopus, and seasonal ingredients such as red bean sprouts, firefly squid, and raw whitebait. Looks like there were others on board as well...To be honest, I didn't expect it to be this luxurious, and there were so many...I was thinking of putting rice in a pot and making porridge, but I didn't have time to do that. I used the leftover rice from the seafood bowl to pour soup over it and eat it like ochazuke, so it was the best I could do.The price was not cheap, but I was very satisfied.
