Even though Hachioji is a rural area, the location is terrible as it is far from the station and in a residential area, and it is a hassle to have to bring all the amenities from downstairs. On the day I went, reservations were busy and I was told that I could stay for 2 hours without an extension. If I wanted to leave the room after 2 hours, I had to call the front desk (which was also a hassle), but when I called, for some reason the time was 1. Since even a second had passed, I was told in a high-pressure manner that I had to pay the extra fee. Even though I said at the beginning that I couldn't extend the time, since the time had already passed, they decided to extend it without permission. It would be unfair if I used my free time, so I made a fictitious reservation so that I could only use 2 hours. I thought he was doing it.

The price was excellent, but the bed was terrible, and the bed was broken, so I slept on the floor. By the way, I used it on a solo trip, and the rest was tolerable.

During our trip to Tokyo, we stayed in a smoking room for one night. There was no smell and I felt comfortable. The location is a little difficult to find, but I don't think it will be a problem since it is such a facility. There are plenty of amenities too!

Definitely not recommended! ! ! !Please be careful if you are staying multiple nights. After making a reservation through Agoda, I learned that I was required to check in every day and could not stay during the day unless I paid an additional fee.The hotel staff told me that it was posted in the photo, but it was cut off and I couldn't read all the text, so it was very difficult to understand. There is no plan selection on the reservation screen, which is clearly misleading. I can understand why people with children make the mistake of booking a love hotel.Be careful of this hotel. When we booked for 4 consecutive nights the hotel asked us to pay extra. If we didn't pay they said we needed to leave each day from 11am until 7pm.We booked through Agoda and none of this information was on the booking. We were then charged a cancellation fee.

It was very cheap to make a reservation through the website, so I used it.There are cosplay items, shampoo conditioner, bath salts, etc. at the front desk, which makes me feel very satisfied. It felt like there was!The inside of the room was clean and had a slightly retro feel, which I liked!I will use it again on holidays.

Google navigation takes me down a gravel road in a back alley, which makes me nervous, but it's correct. That's to the right. The room is large and old. It was nice that the bath was spacious, but the smell of cigarettes was so strong that it gave me a headache. It's cheap...but I booked it thinking it was a business hotel, but it turned out to be a love hotel.

Located in a residential area, this is the first timeIt's a little difficult to understand.Bath salts are placed in front of the front desk. The service is not bad, including one welcome drink per person, free takoyaki, snacks, and cake! But in some rooms, the hotel menu on the TV doesn't work, so I can't watch movies, and it hasn't been fixed for a long time. (You can only watch regular TV)I do not recommend room 306 because you cannot use the hotel menu.In some rooms, the hotel menu cannot be used because the remote control does not respond well.I hate that the price doesn't change even if I can't use the room. It seems like they have no intention of fixing it.If you don't want to fix it, I'd like you to at least lower the price of the rooms you can't use.

Unfortunately, the photo when I made the reservation was different from the room I actually saw.I was also concerned about the poor quality of the TV, the dirt in the bathroom, and the lack of shower water. However, the response from the staff was kind and good.
