Best accommodations in Yufuin (Korean review below)The best private and peaceful accommodation in Yufuin.The best place ever! If you want to feel the green nature of Yufuin, relax and experience the Japanese onsen, this is the place you must go. So quite, peaceful and private place. There's only one guest room here, so no need to care about other tourists. The young female owner speaks perfect English so that is a 1000% plus. Oh, and you can use the kitchen and do the laundry here which is very rare service in Yufuin I guess. Highly recommended.It was really, really good. In places like other ryokans or hotels, no matter how quiet the rooms are, I get nervous about the many tourists coming and going inside the accommodation, but this place has one guest room, so we can use it alone without any other teams. It was so quiet and nice. I especially liked being able to use the kitchen and do laundry in the washing machine. It's a little more than a 10-minute walk from Yufuin Bus Terminal, so you can go anywhere on foot, and even though it's only a 2-3 minute walk from the main road where cars drive, there are green trees as if you're in a deep mountain. It is a great place for healing because it is overgrown with trees and there is no sound other than the sound of the leaves shaking. The neighborhood itself felt like a quiet country town, so it was great to take a leisurely walk and cool off. What I liked best was, of course, the hot spring. It was like a private villa, so I wondered if it was a real hot spring, but it was a real hot spring. After soaking in the hot spring, my skin felt smooth. The owner was a young woman and she was very kind. He was very fluent in English, so there were no problems communicating. Since he came from India to study yoga, he offers yoga classes if you want, which is really great. The owner also prepares breakfast himself, and prepares a brunch-style breakfast focusing on smoothies, bread, jam, and vegetables. Yufuin is a place with a lot of tourists, so even when I went to rest, I was always concerned and disappointed that I had to be surrounded by tourists from various countries no matter where I went. However, this accommodation is highly recommended for those who want to experience the nature and tranquility of Yufuin in a private setting. Next time I go to Yufuin, I will definitely stay again.
