They didn't explain the details of the out bath, and I couldn't use the shower, and there was no hot water. This is just one point I mentioned.I only say everything because of Corona. In the end, though it was my own carelessness, I ended up taking money out of my wallet. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a hotel where I felt so uncomfortable.

I felt a kind of loneliness because its workers seemed not to enjoying their job. Then I saw mysterious scene. when we have dinner, a group next to us tried to evaporate all the water in the pot being silly. Next time, its employee asked them "Do you burn the pod?". This remains in my heart. Change the topic, carelessly we missed breakfast included in the price.

Perhaps due to the influence of the coronavirus, I was told that I would be able to use fukkowari or workplace welfare service discounts, so I suddenly found a vacancy, so I started booking 2 adults and 1 preschool child one day before the February holidays. I used it for one night (two nights on Friday and Saturday on weekdays). Despite various discounts, the cost ended up being more expensive than the average cost. You will have to pay additional fees for parking, pet accommodation, etc., and there will be no meals. In the end, the total cost after applying the discount for two nights was around 55,000 yen. As other reviews have said, ``Tap water is only cold water. There seems to be a shortage of staff. Overall it's dark. Expensive.'' I think that's true. The women's changing room in the public bath was also cold. Probably not heating. It's convenient to be close to the ski resort, and as mentioned in other comments, the furniture and rooms are spacious, so I feel like there are some things that could be improved with some improvement, but overall, the lack of maintenance is a big factor. A lot. It's hard to say it's worth the price. I think it's rather expensive. I think it's also important to be aware that there may be some reason why there are vacancies during a period when it would normally be difficult to get a reservation.

It was the worst.I used it to enjoy skiing with my family during the New Year holidays. The food looked good in the pamphlet, but it was terrible. I had hot pot for dinner, but it was so empty that I could see the bottom even before I ate it, and I couldn't believe it was for 5 people. It would be better to go to a nearby ramen shop. The morning buffet was nothing but pickled food, and although I cut the bread in half, there were two types of bread (I don't want to call them two types), and the children looked like they were going to cry because they didn't have anything to eat. It was.Now 20,000/person is high. The ski lift tickets weren't cheap either, and the service was terrible.I don't want to go there again.

1 star because it was close to the lift and had WiFiIncomprehensible service charges, incomprehensible meals, and high rental fees. I went on a bus tour, but it was scary because there was a lot of money involved that I couldn't explain.I definitely won't use it again.

This time, I used Korakuso as an accommodation for my ski trip. The plan is one night and two days with half board. All I can say is that the quality of service is very low. First of all, even though I came down from the ski slope in the cold and was carrying a lot of luggage, no matter how many times I read it, I couldn't find the answer. When I finally lost my patience and said sorry out loud, an elderly woman came out. I completed the procedure. There was still no sign of anyone carrying my large luggage, so I took the equipment I used for skiing to the basement, which was said to be a drying room, but it was in a rusty locker with no lock, and it wouldn't dry the next day. It smells bad too. Of course, they won't carry your baggage either. Proceed through the many steps to reach the room. The room had been cleaned, but even though there was hot water, I couldn't find anything like tea packs. Go for an early dinner at 6pm. The quality of the food was surprisingly low. Despite being a Western-style room, there were a variety of mismatched chairs, and the mood was not very pleasant. The website says that it is a dish that uses plenty of seasonal wild vegetables, but in reality it is more like a pork cutlet set meal. The batter is not very crispy and the quality is not high at all. Also, when a male employee brought me tea on a tray, he gestured with his jaw, which made me wonder if this attitude was appropriate for a service industry provider. The hot springs they are proud of were empty so I went in, but the views were underground so I didn't find them particularly appealing. Breakfast was advertised as a Japanese buffet, but when I went to the dining room at breakfast time, there was cold grilled fish, and the only thing that was served in the buffet was miso soup. I'm happy that there was Wi-Fi, which I thought wasn't available, so I gave it one star. I don't think I will use it next time I come to Akakura Onsen.
