A hot spring that is one of the five Kurikoma hot springs located on the south side of Mt. Kurikoma from Kurikoma Sanso. Used for day trip bathing. There is also a hot spring with the same name in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, a slightly hot spring with the same reading in Fukushima Prefecture, and a nuruyu hot spring with the same reading in Aso, Kumamoto Prefecture, making it a confusing hot spring name.By the way, the spring temperature was originally much lower, but as the temperature rose, the name changed to "onsen", so it is not lukewarm, but rather hot.The hot springs in Aomori aren't too lukewarm, and in fact, the mild hot springs in Fukushima and the toru hot springs in Kumamoto are lukewarm, so I find it annoying when speaking Japanese. The spring quality is sodium chloride spring, and the water is clear, tasteless, and odorless with 1248 mg of dissolved substances. There is no particular salty taste as it is quite close to the specified value. It has a faint sweet scent, and the yunohana is dancing in the air, although it's subtle. The bathtub is oblong and oval in shape, and there is a partition in the middle, so there is a slight difference in temperature.I feel like it's about 42℃ and 41℃. (Not measured)The bathhouse has an elegant atmosphere, and it makes you think once again that hot springs don't need to be flashy.Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are provided, and the shower force is quite weak.As mentioned in other reviews, the staff at the inn are very courteous. The altitude is 286m according to GPS measurement, and there is a free locker for valuables in front of the changing room.Free Wi-Fi with password available.

This time we stayed with two people. The reason I stayed there was because I could eat dishes made with char. The exterior and interior had a nice retro atmosphere. It's nice to be able to choose the char dish you're looking for on the menu! When I made the reservation, I was confused about which one to choose. The hot springs are hot springs, but they were hot.A relaxing bath also has a relaxing effect. The service was also excellent, with a self-service drink corner and disposable slippers, and I was pleased with the attention to detail. The employees treated me very warmly and I was very satisfied!Being able to make cashless payments is an attractive feature of the Showa era atmosphere.Since I have a solo travel plan, I would like to stay there by myself next time.We will continue to support you as a repeat customer!

Room: A nostalgic room that reminds you of the Showa era. However, it's dirty everywhere. It's so dirty that I wonder if it's being cleaned at all. Not only the rooms (I want them to do something about the dust and spider webs that attract insects), but also the hallways. Dusty plus spider webs and dead insects. Speaking of being rich in nature, it's not as clean as a lodging facility.Bathroom: The area around the sink was so dirty that it looked like someone was actually cleaning it, and the tissue paper provided at the sink in the changing room was completely soaked and useless! Who is doing the cleaning inspection?Meals: This inn seems to be proud of its food, but it's a mystery whether the char they're so proud of is really fresh. The innards of the grilled rock fish have been carefully removed. The shape was so perfect that I opened the vacuum pack and warmed it up.Although it has a lot of appeal because of its history,The hospitality of the employees is so relaxing, even though it is such a small inn.I can't feel it at all.I was so disappointed in the price and facilities that I felt like I had been scammed.

When I stayed there before the earthquake, it was really nice, so I've been coming back many times since it reopened. However, when I went there a few months ago, the women's bath was too lukewarm to warm up, and the next time I went there, it was too hot to soak in. I had a thermometer in the bathroom, so I took the temperature and it was 46 degrees Celsius. The temperature may actually be higher because the temperature was measured far before the source water flowed into the source. I put water in it, but it didn't cool down because the source was flowing in at the same amount as the amount of water. Once I was naked, it was a hassle to come out and tell her (^_^;) In the end, I just took a shower. I didn't ask for a refund since I had just washed my body before leaving, but I just told them it was too hot and people with sensitive skin might get burned. My feet were sore that day because I had put my feet in there a few times to check. I think you can charge more. I would like to request that facilities be improved to ensure a stable supply of hot springs. The shampoo also seems to be diluted, so I think you can do without it if you want to save money. Whether it's cheap or not, I might not go again...

You can come to this area even in winter, but if you are coming from Akita on the Sea of Japan side, you will need to take a detour from Kitakami or Naruko.Although it is a simple bathroom bathtub, it is spacious and allows you to soak comfortably.Even though I arrived at the time when the guests were already preparing for dinner, they were very kind.Although it is not in operation, there are many retro fixtures on display. On the other hand, various cashless payments are being introduced.

"Solo travelers are welcome"I'm grateful for the old-fashioned excessive customer service and neglectful play. There is a Wi-Fi environment in the building, so you can also work away (a way to work while enjoying your leisure time while traveling).

It's rich in nature, the owner was kind, and the food was great. The pickled char rice bowl oshizushi was very delicious, and the nuts I had eaten when I was a child were also lined up, so I ate it with a nostalgic feeling. When I drank the water, it was very smooth and delicious. When I asked the owner, he said it was stream water. The water in the bath was also nice and smooth. It was the perfect place to get away from everyday life. I came here for 1 night and 2 days, but I talked with my family about coming back for 2 nights and 3 days. I think the earthquake caused a lot of trouble. It looks like an old inn from the outside, but the inside has been carefully cleaned and is beautiful. It was a much nicer inn than a luxury inn. thank you very much.

I saw a post on Twitter that said it was OK to stay overnight, and I made an instant decision. We set a time for dinner and breakfast, and then spent the rest of the day relaxing.Dinner: salt-grilled char, yosenabe, pressed sushi, and beef tongue, all delicious and complete. I was the only female customer, so I took my time in the bath.I wanted to forget about my family, housework, and work and spend some time in peace and quiet, so spending time here was perfect for refreshing me. The host was also kind.

If you pay close attention to the details inside and outside the building, you'll find it full of tsukkomi, so if you're a nervous person, you might want to avoid it. But after the earthquake, I can probably forgive the small details when I think that we were able to rebuild little by little with a limited number of people (lol)The owner is also kind.
