I can hear the sound of the river. quiet. Almost reserved.I think it's suitable for people who want to spend a quiet time without glamping.

I wish I had properly read the reviews before I headed here from Bibai. While beautiful and scenic, with the lovely river running nearby...It is close to unmanaged post-covid.There are 2 locked toilets near the water taps, the lights do work but attracted huge amounts of insects, the grass has overgrown basically all the equipment and seating.Even as an avid hiker I was nervous to setup camp. I had my food in odorproof bags but was bringing a whole suite of new smells that may entice a curious bear.I could hear foxes and deer, no doubt an underfed bear would wander towards new scents to investigate. It was an uneasy night's sleep.I did not have bear spray handy and it was warm throughout the night.Furthermore it doesn't seem like there is any plan to revitalise the area, plenty of abandoned buildings and derelict houses.Unless you really enjoy the mining artefacts or a mountain road that is essentially a dead end, I would rethink your visit.

Water supply is provided. There's nothing around, so you can camp, but there's not much to do, so it might get boring.

A campsite full of wild nature, with the risk of bears.I think there's a high chance of going completely solo, so unless you're a very experienced camper, it's probably not possible. It is a famous place in many ways.I think it's probably very scary during the day, but at night.I immediately made a U-turn, so I don't know the details.

Used today, August 12, 2022 😁 I can't see any sign of the campsite at the entrance 😅 It's almost correct on Google Maps 👍 Cars are not allowed, so I pushed my bike and walked and camped in the area across the bridge. There is a website 😁 I called the city hall and they said you can use it freely 😁 The site is a flat, grassy area with 3 streetlights! There is also a kitchen, but the toilets are hypothetical in front of the bridge 😅 If you drive, you have to park in a vacant lot across from the road and carry your luggage for more than 100 meters 😅 In the summer, there are a lot of insects near the streetlights. Be careful if you hate insects🤣By the way, docomoThere were barely 2 radio waves 😅 I think Secoma in the front is a good place to shop 😁 It's a little-known place for people on motorcycle camping trips 👍

This is a quiet and secluded campsite.Contrary to the name, there is no sense of family, the playground equipment is covered in grass, and the site is not well maintained. There aren't even vending machines at the campground. This is for people with some experience who don't have a store nearby.Above all, there are signboards warning you to be careful of bears, making it a place you might be hesitant to go alone.

A must visit if you are a local.I don't know what the bear is, but it's a very famous place that isn't a human.I can't help but wonder why they built a campsite in such a place.
