I was informed that there would be a cancellation fee again. There was no apology whatsoever for posting my phone number even though I couldn't reach them by phone.I can't contact you. Even though I have no intention of answering the phone in the first place, I write my phone number in my contacts. I don't even know if the email address was received or not as it's not clear. Accommodations where you don't have contact information are the worst. I would understand if there was no cancellation fee, but I was charged a cancellation fee. Why are you writing down a phone number that you can't contact? I called about 20 times.I was looking at their response to reviews, and it seems like they don't apologize at all even if it's their fault. I'm glad I canceled even though I had to pay a cancellation fee. It was a good study.
