You will be impressed from the moment you enter the premises, which is a fusion of a samurai residence and modern architecture. Anyway, it's wonderful. Every detail has been carefully designed, and the furniture is wonderful and you can always look at it.Time passed slowly and quietly, and I was enjoying myself, but the only disappointing thing was that groups of people occupied the entire bar and multipurpose room, and I was disillusioned by the fact that they were drinking and making noise at all hours of the day. It would be better if there was a way to make both groups and general guests have a good and comfortable stay.It was a wonderful inn that I would definitely want to stay at again.

It was a great stay.I stayed in a villa suite for one night. The exterior, the interior, the hospitality, everything was great. It was really quiet and I was able to spend a luxurious time doing nothing. As an activity, it was also great to be able to rent an electric bicycle and enjoy the town of Minamiuonuma. We also had some delicious food for dinner. Best of all, the rice was delicious. I will never forget the food I ate here. The staff were attentive and the inn was full of hospitality. I would like to stay there again.

very good experienceHowever, some service staff will not introduce you to the meal if they see that you are a foreigner. The receptionist at the beginning introduced the features and history of the hotel in Japanese throughout the entire process, which was very impressive.

I used it for a day trip bath. It was a very spacious and clean facility. The staff were also kind. I was told that I could use the lounge and snacks for 3 hours, but the snacks were just a few types of sweets. There are also several types of drinks. There was a bit of chlorine smell in the bathroom because it was a circulating system, but it was well-cleaned. It can accommodate 4 to 5 people, but it also has a sauna.

The personally best hotel that I have ever stayed. Every corner is so photogenic and pleasing your eye.Their hospitality was amazing and so warm. You have an access point to free snacks, tea and coffee at the bar. You can get also free Umeshu and sake there before dinner time. You can take a private bath and public bath. I saw two monkeys on the next roof from the public bath! The long aisle floor is soft tatami, and you hear the healing music. This ryokan is built by connecting several old traditional houses renovated. They left the traditional Japanese part but incorporated some modern taste and style into it. You enjoy both the comfortable stay and a Japanese style view.

A perfect innWe will meet you and see you off.The customer service is good and the food is delicious. The hot springs include a large public bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, a private bath (first come, first served, without reservations), and villa suites have an open-air bath in their room. You can choose to wear Samue or Yukata in the facility. The floor is made of solid wood, so there may be some creaks, but this is tolerable. In the lounge, you can drink all-you-can-drink tea, coffee, lemon water, iced tea, etc. for free until the afternoon, and you can eat all-you-can-eat sweets, although they are ready-made.Alcohol is available at night and you can drink as much as you want.In the morning, there are four types of freshly baked sweets (cookies, scones, etc.) and non-alcoholic drinks. There are many different kinds of alcohol available at the bar, ranging from 660 to 1,100 yen, and the bartenders provide good customer service. The facilities in the room include a BOSE speaker and a coffee grinder, as well as Kin Ebisu, 4 bottles of juice, and water in the refrigerator, all free of charge. All the water used is groundwater, and even the water from the water server and taps is groundwater and delicious. It seems that the shuttle bus also leaves from Echigo Yuzawa Station.to the fullestIf I were to highlight the parts that caught my attention,The only game available for rental room service is shogi (1,100 yen lol), and there are no shoes inside the building, so you have to walk around in socks or bare feet. There is wifi, but the speed is 10-15mbps.Places where there are few types of snacks available (chocolate, peanuts, one more type)Breakfast and dinner are very carefully seasoned, so depending on your daily diet, you might want salt (you can get salt and soy sauce if you ask). This is a place I would definitely like to visit again.
