Incredible ryokan, highly recommended. Quiet, serene and excellent value for money. We rented the private sauna and onsen room which had everything we needed. So many thoughtful touches such the complimentary treats in the room fridge and shared freezer, high quality sauna hats with sauna robe and lounge wear and comfortable futon and pillow. An excellent range of toiletries and muji skincare free to use, as well as kettle, tea and Nespresso coffee in room.The whole experience has been wonderful and I can feel the warm hospitality and care that has gone into making this beautiful place. Interior design and amenities are quality and luxurious. Staff are very responsive to my questions and are always eager to help.One comment I would make is that there aren’t many food options onsite or near the property for lunch and dinner. Once we got settled in we didn’t want to leave! Traditional and Japanese breakfast is offered, however I would recommend bringing your own food to heat up in the communal microwave for lunch and dinner. Otherwise there is a very affordable vending machine with drinks, cup noodles and snacks :)Perhaps for the future, they can implement a variety of convenience foods in a separate vending machine. Or one day they will offer lunch and dinner and I will live here forever haha.

I stayed in a detached house for one night. It was a little chilly, but the pool was a warm hot spring pool and the kids were very happy. There was a hot spring, a sauna, and a washing machine in the room, so it was a very fulfilling stay. The room was very clean and had most of the necessities, so I would like to stay for several nights next time.It was a really nice stay, thank you very much.

The night at Totonoyure was a great memory. The amenities were plentiful and good. Anyway, the kids were very happy because there was a hot spring, sauna, and pool. The check-in and check-out procedures were very easy, which was helpful. Thank you for your kindness. My family of 4 would like to use it again.

I stayed in a room with a sauna. From the moment I entered, I could smell the atmosphere and it was very comfortable! Since it was our anniversary, I asked if they were doing anything surprise, and they prepared a cake for me! It was delicious! thank you very much!The road to the hotel is a narrow road, so be careful of oncoming cars at night!Next time I would like to stay in a room with a pool (*^^*)

It's in a very quiet location, and it's still relatively new so it's clean.You can rent a room with an open-air bath for a day trip, so you can relax.After taking a bath in the open-air bath, you can also relax on the terrace.I was grateful that there were two bottles of cold water in the refrigerator.It's nice to be able to get ice cream for free after taking a bath.The day trip to the hot springs is set for 2 hours, so if possible, I'd like it to be 3 hours so I can take it a little more slowly.

Every piece of furniture and furnishings was carefully selected, and the atmosphere of the inn was that of using good things with care and beauty.The homemade pickled plums and eggs were also extremely delicious, and I felt the luxury of eating something that took a lot of effort.Although we were using it during Golden Week, the water temperature in the pool could be raised to a hot level, so the kids stayed in it all the time, and the parents went from sauna to cold bath to pool to sauna over and over again, making it a truly memorable stay.I'll visit you again~

The kids were so excited about the pool!It's big enough for adults to swim in, so I'm very satisfied.The sauna was also relaxing and felt very good. Sauna hats are also available.I regret being so far from home.Still, I wanted to go again!

I stayed at Aki in a room with an open-air bath for my birthday!It was a very happy experience to be able to enjoy the sound of the river and stay in the open-air bath while drinking Shizuoka roasted green tea.It was a little disappointing that the people in the next room were a little noisy at night, but other than that I was very satisfied!I looked at the stars from the terrace and was soothed by the sound of the river.I went there at night so I took a taxi, but on the way back I took a leisurely walk to Inazusa Station. It was very relaxing to see the traditional houses with sea cucumber walls, the bamboo forest, and the river.The dried fish set meal for breakfast and the crow chicken pudding were very delicious.I would love to visit you again! !

I stayed in a room with a sauna.The location requires a car, but it was great to see the starry sky.The refrigerator was stocked with beer, Pocari, and Oronamin C free of charge, so we were able to fully enjoy the sauna.Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Japanese or Western options.I plan to come again.
