It was an inn located in a good old hot spring town (^^)The effects of the hot springs were so amazing that I felt warm to the core for a while after taking a bath! !The water from the river flowing nearby is also crystal clear. The no-frills retro atmosphere of the hot spring town is also great.I definitely want to go again! !

We stayed at an inn with an old-fashioned retro atmosphere!Since it is Nagayu Onsen, the hot spring is carbonated and the best!Your skin will become smooth and smooth! !The food is very delicious both at night and in the morning and I am very satisfied.

I used it as a family for an overnight stay. The room is quaint and retro, but the inside is clean. The public bath can accommodate up to 4 people. The changing room is also not that large. The shower heat is not very hot, so be careful if you have a lot of hair.

I stayed here for the main building in a retro Showa era building and its own hot spring source.I was surprised that there was 1150mg of free carbonic acid even though it was about 40℃😅 Also, it is rich in metasilicic acid, making your skin smooth😍It was a ryokan perfect for people looking for hot springs 🙇‍♂️The bathroom is the perfect size for two adults, and is almost like a room reserved for one adult to take a private bath. There weren't that many guests, so I didn't meet anyone and spent the whole time on my own. It's a shame that I can't take a bath all night, but in the morning the membrane is thick and there are big bubbles, so I'm happy 😍Hot spring ingredients are also accumulated, so if you look at it and think it's dirty, we can't recommend it.The temperature is about 40℃, so if you want to soak in hotter water, we recommend the communal bath (Choseiyu) next door. The hydrogen carbonate spring uses a different source and has a temperature of 42-43℃, so it warms your body inside and out☺️Of course, it's flowing directly from the source ♨️ Is it good 😌The main building is a pre-war building, and has been renovated with the original beams and railings intact. If you are concerned about this, please be careful as drafts may get in.The annex was built after the war, so it is solid.Thank you for the nice hot springs 🙇‍♂️

I live in Oita and would like to stay at Nagayu. So, I decided to stay overnight at Momijikan Main Building. The building is undeniably old, but it didn't bother me.I was in a room right in front of the crab bath, and as I watched people bathing in the crab bath from the verandah, I thought to myself, ``This is the center of Nagayu Onsen.'' Carbonated springs are said to be most effective at temperatures between 38 degrees and 42 degrees.Does air bubbles stick to your body at around 38 degrees like Ramune Onsen? But at 38 degrees, it's lukewarm. In comparison, the hot water at Momijikan is 41.5 degrees. The water is not hot or lukewarm, just the right temperature, and the water is gushing out of the pipe. When you place your palm on the water surface around Hype, you can feel the fizz and carbonation. Because the temperature is high, the bubbles won't stick to your body, but you will feel a fizzy sensation when you drink it. The family bath is also available for use at any time if it is empty. My husband and I used the hot springs over and over again, even though it was just one night in the men's bath, women's bath, and family bath. You can also enter Ramune Onsen at a discount if you show your room key! As my wife told me, I had been to Ramune Onsen several times before, so this time I was able to fully enjoy the hot springs at Momijikan. A carbonated spring that is just the right temperature without being heated or added with water. It was great! It is said that you can take a day trip bath for 300 yen, but there is no rest room, so next time I go, I will stay the night, soak in the hot spring many times, and return home while talking with my husband that it would be nice to laze on the futon. I did. Since we are staying overnight without meals, we will have meals by car. For dinner, I had a set meal (deep-fried chicken) at Tenjin Marufuku in the Takeda city area. For breakfast, enjoy piping hot fried tofu and warm oboro tofu available from 7am at Yusui Chaya in Water Station Ozuru. I hadn't prepared a swimsuit or anything, so I scouted from the verandah around 8pm when it got dark. I thought it was time to go to the crab bath, but I ended up bumping into an old man who had the same feelings as me, and ended up looking at my husband and the uncle enviously from the side as they bathed. Next time I would like to bring a swimsuit for the crab bath. It was a fun weekend where I was able to enjoy Takeda to the fullest.
