Budget friendly hotel with cute compact room with everything you need. The room is very small but has everything you need for comfortable stay. Loved their bath tub and shower. Great water pressure for the shower.Service is very accommodating. Breakfast was served the restaurant in front of the hotel but also there is small bento box business owner was at in front of hotel and selling bento and musubi.( I didn’t get to try but he comes early and by 10-11, done selling.

It's a very modern hotel with all of the Japanese high tech bells and whistles you might expect. Everything from the lobby to the room has a very high end finish. However, the rooms are tiny. I stayed in a double; I had to sit diagonally on the toilet because there was no room for my leg on the left side of three toilet. I'm an average sized guy, I think even most Japanese men would have this problem.I know minimalism is Tokyo's style, but this is too much. I stayed at another hotel in Tokyo with a room probably 50% larger at a lower price, despite the other hotel being in a comparatively better location in Shinjuku. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price in other major global cities around the world that were much nicer.Overall, I liked this hotel, but at some point it doesn't matter how fancy the chandeliers in your lobby are. I just can't give 5 stars to a closest sized room with a view of a concrete wall 1m away.

👉 LocationCome out of Exit A1 of Mako Yokoyama Station, turn right and then turn right again. You will immediately see the hotel on the right, very close. It takes a few minutes to walk to Magurocho Station and Kodenmacho Station, which is also convenient.👉Restaurant1. Check in - The staff at the counter can communicate in English, and you can check in automatically as long as you have your passport.2. Room - small but exquisite, with everything you need, so considerate. The water flow and temperature of the shower head are stable and very comfortable.3. Breakfast - There are 4 kinds of meals to choose from, all of which are delicious.4. Check out - Throw the room card into the bucket outside the elevator, very convenient.Stayed for 4 nights and it was quiet. The hotel staff also specially brought a duck bag (containing a children's toothbrush set and children's slippers) to the children. There are also drugstores and supermarkets nearby (open until 10pm, a must-go every night), which is really convenient.

This hotel is great. Yes, the rooms are quite small, but hey, putting the suitcase under the bed isn't so bad. It has several metro stops nearby and supermarkets that make your life super easy. Without a doubt for the price they offer, I highly recommend it.

2024/9/10 AccommodationThe system is common to all APA hotels, so it's stress-free.You won't get lost as it's close to the station. There are many restaurants nearby, so I don't think you will experience any inconvenience. The room itself was small and a little old, but personally it was a good hotel. This can be said about APA hotels as a whole, but there are many hotels where the breakfast is expensive and the content is not good. This was covered by a bento shop 😊thank you very much.
