The customer service was the worst. A young man in an all-back suit served customers with the care of a first-class hotel manager, but to be honest, it was the worst. It was my first time staying here, so I had a lot of questions to ask, and every time I asked them, they answered from above. teeth? To be honest, I was extremely uncomfortable with the customer service, which made me feel like, ``What the hell are you talking about?'' I have stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I felt so uncomfortable during the check-in stage.Of course, I have no intention of using it again, but I think it's a waste since it's conveniently located, directly connected to the station.Perhaps the young man who was in charge of the reception this time was not suitable for customer service, but I felt that this was fatal in the hotel industry.

The location and room are great. There is also a free shuttle bus to Disney. The accommodation price is also very affordable. The only drawback is that after staying for 4 nights, there was always a slight musty smell in the room. The indoor slippers (disposable) were thrown away because they were dirty. However, the housekeeping staff did not take the initiative to make up for it. The smile, friendliness and enthusiasm of the counter service staff still have a lot of room for improvement, but overall they are not bad. If I go to Tokyo, I will choose to stay here again. Come on😊👍

Very good and clean hotel. Subway is right next to the hotel. Restaurant is good, only drinks are quite expensive, a glass of Vola €5. The rooms are clean. We had a "premium double room", the bed had two sides against the wall. That's why only 3 stars, it could be better.

Ridiculously small room with impossibility of opening suitcases. Unless you put them on the bed. You feel like you're suffocating so tightly. …
