First of all the people at the reception are very polite and helpful with every question. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is offering a cleaning for your staytime. It's a great place for people with few luggage, because the rooms are very small. If you are very sensitive to noises then you have to take some earplugs with you. The location is great for people who like less crowded places.

Really loved this place, everything was super thoughtful! They gave free slippers, had under the bed storage (you lift the beds), there was a smaller mirror in the hallway for people to use to get ready, unlike other hotels where there is only a mirror in the bathroom. It was clean, it had a cute rooftop area to sit and enjoy for free, good quiet and safe neighborhood during the day and night, bathroom had great small shelves to place things in, there was a washing machine inside bathroom, and dryers on the first floor (needed 100 yen coins). It was honestly one of the best places we stayed in Tokyo. Great front staff as well!Location is a bit farther out, but it didn't really affect our plans and we still literally did everything we wanted. Really close to a 7/11 which was amazing as well.I will say there was some humidity in the room and the blankets did smell a bit, but we asked for a new blanket and they gave us 1 new one. It wasn't too much, but as other reviews mentioned, if you are sensitive to smells, it can be bothersome. We made sure to leave the door open slightly to air the room out while we were in the room for a few minutes at a time.

The welcome is great, the rooms are clean but a little small since we don't spend the day there, it's not enough. Bathrobes, slippers and care kits are also available.There is a rooftop which is great with a superb view of the city. Coffee and a water fountain are available at reception.

One of the best hotels in relation to price/quality. Spacious to be Tokyo and go with family. Two 1.35 beds, small kitchen and bathroom with washer dryer. If the situation is good, you can go to Asakusa and Akihabara by walking. And it is a quiet place. Excellent attention.

We stayed in March 2024 for 7 nights.Staff were friendly and helped to receive our luggage delivery a few days earlier than our check-in date. Rooftop has a nice view of Tokyo Skytree from afar. Located in Ryogoku, great if you want to watch sumo, and just a quick 3 min walk to Ryogoku Station. Free coffee and tea provided in the lobby area open 24/7 which is nice to use as a quiet workspace.Sadly the rooms are very small for two people. You can barely open up suitcases and still move around. The washing machine inside our bathroom was so noisy, took hours to complete a cycle and still didn't fully dry our clothes. For this reason staff explained that there are coin dryers available in the lobby area. Hope they can upgrade the washing machines inside the rooms otherwise it kind of defeats the purpose of having them at all :/Good enough as a budget accommodation if you want your own private room. If you value space and comfort, and you have the budget for it, I would suggest looking elsewhere...

Really really bad experience. First when we arrived the kitchen was leaking and water dropping. The room was constantly humid. The duvet and bed sheets were smelling soo bad...!!! It stank so much, I almost vo*****d...We tried to use the dryer, but it was not working and only swallowed money and then tumbling with no heat or whatsoever.We are 3 adults who got a tiny room that would even be small for 2 people. Definitely do not recommend.

This was a great hotel.Service - We needed to stay another night as our flight got cancelled due to weather. They did not make any promises as they were fully booked, but they managed to squeeze us in on the morning of check-out as someone had cancelled their booking. We were grateful!Location - 5min walk from Rengoku station to get on the Oedo line. Very convenient. Area was super peaceful with a nearby park/temple. Convenience stores all within a few minutes walk.Staff - Friendly, helpful, english speaking (we tried japanese where we could!)Rooftop also had a great view of skytree.We would stay here again!

We stayed 5 nights in the Petit Grande Miyabi Hotel and we are very happy with our choice.The staff is very nice, the places are quiet and close to the metro to reach other neighborhoods.We will use this hotel again when we return to Tokyo!

The room is large and clean. It has a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient. The wooden floor is great. There is a large refrigerator and a freezer. The microwave is very convenient. The toiletries are from DHC which is great. The hair dryer is very useful! It feels like coming home! I will always stay here when I come to Tokyo!

Very good quality-price.Clean and size of the rooms more than correct.The location is very good since in two stops you are on the Yamanote Line or if not, you go directly to Shinkuju.A little far walking but we already knew it.

Cheap, clean with no ticks, good location, would use again.I suddenly needed it two days in advance, so I booked it for two people through bookingCOM. After 7pm, I received an email that day saying the front desk wasn't available, so I managed to get in at the front desk. The previous customer hadn't even received an email and was inquiring via the direct phone number at the front desk.I made a reservation for two beds, but there was no futon for the double bed + sofa bed, so I ended up getting flurry of inquiries via email. There will be a reply if the bed opens up and there is a futon etc., but if it is late I don't think there will even be a reply, so I would like you to write this in the room. It seems to have been recently renovated and opened. There is a rooftop with a nice view, so please do your best.

The interior and exterior are very pretty, the staff is nice and the rooms are clean and you have both a kitchen and a washing mashine/dryer right in your room. There's a very nice rooftop area from which you can see the tokyo skytree (it's especially impressive at night!!). There's not really any breakfast but that's completely okay because, as mentioned earlier, you have your own kitchen and you can get free coffee and tea in the lobby. Furthermore there are multiple convenience stores (family mart and 7/11) and some restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The nearest metro station is also extremely close and it's about 20 mins on foot to Asakusa, which is a very cool part of the city and has an impressive temple plus shopping district. With the metro station you have fast connections to places such as Shibuya, Akihabara and the skytree :)The only thing i'd have to criticise is the size of our room. If you visit with many people, you shouldn't bring a lot of big luggage. We were 3 people (me and my parents) and each of us had a fairly big suitcase, so it was sometimes difficult to store them and occasionally take things out with the little space we had in our room, but overall I highly recommend this as a place to stay during your trip to Tokyo

We were so pleased with our stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo for the first few days. Firstly, the location is convenient. Within approximately 3 minutes walking distance is the Ryogoku station from which you can take the metro to various parts of Tokyo (Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc.). There are also lots of local restaurants to eat at very close to the hotel.The room itself was very comfortable. A little small for two travellers but very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. We washed our clothes with the washing machine provided. It also had a drying function which was convenient. The room was extremely clean which is always appreciated.The reception area has a water dispenser. Tea and coffee sachets are also provided. It was nice that we had clean drinking water at our disposal throughout our stay.The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If they had availability for more days we would have extended our stay with them for sure. We truly enjoyed our stay there.By the way, close to the hotel (around the corner) there is an old-school cafe run by an elderly couple and they have really good iced coffee and sandwiches there. I forget the name of the cafe but perhaps the hotel would know.

Stayed in Petit Grande Miyabi for 3 nights. Room was spacious, we were 4 adults and 1 toddler in 1 room. Inside the room: simple kitchenette, laundry, dining table. Basically it’s kind of an apartment. What I really appreciate and like: there are 2 toilets inside the room. So there’s no worry since we have 4 adults in the room. Location: located in a neighborhood area so it’s quiet. There’s JR and Metro station nearby, even though location is not too close with Tokyo central area. Convenience stores are plenty and within short walking distance. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and also helpful. Really thankful to them… very satisfied with this accommodation.

The place was petit but you don’t feel sufficated at all. Washing machine, microwave and water boiler are provided in your room. It was a nice experience, special thanks to the lobby ladies who were smiling all the time spreading the good mood!❣️

There were three of us visiting and we were all satisfied :)The service was so friendly and personal that you always started the day with a good feeling. You can also rent an umbrella for rainy days.There is a free washing machine in the room and the dryer downstairs is very cheap!Even though the hotel is not in the immediate vicinity of the hotspots, you are not completely out of the way and the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful! It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station and you can reach Akihabara & Asakusa in about 10 minutes and Shibuya in 40-50 minutes.The hotel has a small rooftop terrace from which you can see the Skytree and high-rise buildings.
