This is a guest house with the best value for money whether you are traveling alone or in a group.Since it is a guest house, there are no services like a hotel.I stayed alone at Orakino Village for 2 nights in October.A private room for two nights without meals costs about 10,000 yen, which is quite cheap.Located in the center of the city.There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, so you won't have any trouble shopping or eating.If you apply for a rental car from the guesthouse in advance, they will shuttle you to the airport or port.The room was Orakino Village, so it felt very clean. The toilet and kitchen are shared.Wi-Fi has a good speed of 50mbps.Towels are kept in the common room and you can bring them to your room. You can use the washed one every time.There are no amenities, but considering the price it's not a problem. Please bring your toothbrush etc.You can rent a light van. This is a must for anyone who wants to go around the island.4,500 yen including insurance premium is exceptional.There is no problem when using it for transportation.(Mopeds in the neighborhood cost 4,300 yen per day)For the second night, I decided on a weeding plan.If you weed your garden for 90 minutes, you can stay there for the scary price of 3,700 yen.Our friendly staff will show you how to weed. They will lend you tools. Honestly, anyone can do it.You can do it for a total of 90 minutes in your free time, so I did it in 30 minute increments. We recommend eating it first thing in the morning before it gets too hot.Although the price of a private room is 3,700 yen per night, this guest house is located in the center of the city and is extremely clean and has the best value for money.For those who want to stay in a private room on Hachijojima at a low price, this is probably the only choice.

Stayed here for 3 nights.It was a room with a grave view.The bed was on both sides of the room and the bathroom was in the middle, so it was U-shaped and felt small, making it somewhat difficult to use.It's like a shared house, so it might be suitable for people who like to interact with people when traveling, but the family in the room opposite has small children, and the door to the room can be opened. The alarm went off several times starting at 6:00 in the morning, and I heard strange voices that sounded like children's screams, so I couldn't handle it.Many of the pots were not compatible with IH, and I had a hard time cooking because they made beeping noises and I had to change pots many times.It's a good idea to pay for the air conditioner, but since there was also a charge for the common space, I didn't feel like paying for it, so I ate in the hot living room using the mini fan I had brought with me.Conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and Hyakuyen stores.There are no amenities, so I think it's inconvenient for those who go to the beach.There is only one laundry room, and of course there is a charge.It is better to use them accordingly.I don't think there will be any repeats.

lovely place out in nature, our rooms are small but clean and cheap. Great kitchen for own cooking with all you need. Outside is clean and good for BBQ. Rent-A-Car service is excellent. There weren't many other guests, so I was able to relax without any noise issues.I'm glad there's a washer and dryer.It was helpful to have tableware etc.

I stayed for 4 nights, and rented a car for 3 days. The rooms are clean and equipped with the minimum necessities.Within walking distance are Supermarket Asanuma, 100 yen store Can Do, and Nakamura Shoten.If you're looking for a restaurant, Magora is just a few minutes walk away. I think this is a very cost-effective accommodation and rental car. I would like to use it again.

I stayed at this accommodation because there were no other rooms available, and although it was certainly cheap, there were no sheets or pillowcases, and no amenities. Even if it was cheap, I would have liked to have something like that. The room is an old tatami room unlike the photo. I rented a car, but it was a light commercial vehicle and was in disrepair. Isn't it a violation to not have a "wa" number? I know when to refill the tank, but I was asked to refill the tank even after it stopped automatically. It's written on the stand that spliced legs are not allowed, but does that mean you're telling me to violate it? I will never stay at this inn.

I used it for the first time in 11 years.This time I came with my family, so we stayed in the Tronka room.I bought things that I didn't need in my daily life at a nearby Can Do store.One thing that bothered me was a customer who tried to enter the room before check-in at 2:00 p.m. He was in the wrong room and was surprised when he tried to open the electronic key.A similar thing happened in the morning, and when I looked through the peephole, I saw a woman who appeared to be a staff member at the dive shop, and asked if I was the same as she went down.What were you planning to do when you opened it?

Our stay at Kencha Rumah really made our trip to Hachijo Island memorable!The staff spoke good English and went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also pointed us to really cool and interesting places to visit around the island as they were very knowledgable.Super friendly and overall amazing people!Would definitely recommend staying here.Thank you again for the great memories of Hachijojima!

I think the following people can relate to the premise that gave it 5 stars.Solo travelers, backpackers, trips to enjoy the local atmosphereI stayed in the annex (Troncalm) for one night by myself. The annex looks like a renovated apartment that was built several decades ago, and it has 3LDK bathroom, separate stove, refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioner, so it was perfect for a monthly stay. Since it's made of concrete, I didn't really notice any noise. We ran around the island, checked in, and enjoyed nearby island sushi and Kusaya set meals. I am grateful to the receptionist for giving me detailed information about the island so I didn't have to worry about finding food on the way.

An inn with an excellent concept that is environmentally friendly. It's good that there are no unnecessary services. Bring your own towel, pajamas, and razor! Isn't it good? In exchange for that, I was satisfied with the amount of time I had to relax. You can rent a car and drive around the entire island and feel like exploring! Young people who love the island will even take you to the airport. I would definitely like to use it again next time.

The female staff on the phone and at the reception were slow to respond, didn't smile, and were unfriendly.I'm sure it's hard work on a daily basis, but since you're looking forward to your trip, wouldn't it be nice to be a little more considerate and warmly welcomed?I think visitors will feel more comfortable using the service if you keep your tone of voice on the phone and give detailed explanations.Also, the young female shuttle staff was unfriendly, and there was no conversation during the ride to the airport. Maybe it can't be helped because she's young, but maybe she should be a little more considerate! ? I thought.The front side of Troncalm's futon sheets was too dirty to use, so the back side was installed, and I thought it was a mistake.The cutting board is dirty, and the refrigerator is unsanitary, and I wonder if it's being cleaned or not. . .I was too scared to use a cutting board, so I bought one and used it.I could hear the noise of people who seemed to be guests using the BBQ terrace until around 3am, so I had a hard time sleeping.It was strange that the staff didn't pay attention to it! ?I think it would be a better facility if the customer service, equipment, cleaning, etc. were reviewed.This time I used Tron Calm, but the main building looked beautiful.As for rental cars, do they pass vehicle inspection? The tires were so smooth that you would think it was the lowest quality car.Hachijojima has some steep slopes and other steep roads, so you'll want to make sure you're properly equipped.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip with my son.The common space was fully stocked with cooking appliances, so I was able to spend my time comfortably without any inconvenience.It was much cleaner than I expected, with plenty of UV sterilized slippers, towels, a coin laundry, and a gas dryer.We believe this is the perfect accommodation for guests who enjoy marine sports and fishing.This time, we used it for snorkeling, but there is also a diving shop attached, so mariners have plenty of equipment to reach their itchy areas. The salt removal pallet, outdoor hot shower, and outdoor laundry drying space are spacious and easy to use.There are some comments complaining about the noise at night, but this is a moral issue of the guests, not the hotel itself. If you're nervous, stay in a luxurious concrete hotel. By the way, it didn't bother me at all.Conveniently located on Hachijojima Island, where there are no convenience stores, a supermarket, 100-yen store, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.Perhaps because they prioritize the comfort of their guests, there is almost no contact with the staff during the day at the inn. Building cleaning is completed while users are sleeping. I was also impressed by the fact that he worked behind the scenes.What I was curious aboutThe explanation at check-in was too detailed.I could feel the seriousness of the staff's work,Guests either want to go out early or want to rest early.Even if you give us a large number of verbal instructions, we will not be able to remember them all. A more beautiful guesthouse than I imagined.They are very kind and can give you detailed information such as the inventory at the supermarket and whether or not you need reservations at restaurants.This is important as there is a deadline for the car.

It was a convenient location, close to the airport and within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. It's right in the center of town and we didn't have any trouble getting anywhere. The room is clean and I have no complaints.However, it was difficult to find at first because it was deep in a maze-like road (only at the beginning).
