This guest's room is super small, so tiny. The breakfast food is also not very good. Especially our GUESTS. Oh my god, my friend had sleep paralysis at 1am, I had one arm pressed at 1am and couldn't move. Yes, I'm afraid. The hotel here is not very central to Tokyo. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to go to the famous market. In general, there are GUESTS so it's a bit scary

Good hotel location. However, the hotel is already past its "glory days" and you can feel it when you get into the elevators where the doors close prematurely, not allowing you to get in without fear of getting caught. We traveled with a travel agency and had no influence on the choice of accommodation, but if I had it, I certainly wouldn't have chosen it. The room, although cleaned, did not give the impression of freshness, as the carpet undoubtedly needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.

Dirty floors, full of sand, dust, crumbs, papers, cables... afraid to take off your shoes, the elevator closes before anyone can get out... but the worst thing was that there were COCKROACHES crawling next to the bed

The size of the hotel room was decent. Unfortunately, they didn’t make my bed when I asked for room service. Overall, the hotel is pretty nice and it is close to the train station. 6/10 good hotel

This booking was made by a tour agent, I would not have chosen to stay here myself and would not return.This hotel feels old and the rooms especially need some proper cleaning and renovation. Room size is small, but what you expect for this price in Tokyo I guess.There was black mould in multiple locations (other guests in our group noticed as well) dirty air-con vents and a generally feeling of poor upkeep.Breakfast was surprisingly good if a bit crowded.We left after 1 night due to health concerns from the condition of the rooms.I would suggest this hotel needs to close, clean / renovate and then re-open under a new name.

The hotel is close to the train station, many izakaya bars are open late, the room is very small, there are many breakfast options, there is no public bathroom, the hotel is old.

Lots of scary, rude people harassing staff and customers. From a certain country with incredibly rude tourists.Dirty, old building, stinks. It's cheap though 🤷🏼 if you're not going to be staying inside a lot then it'll be fine I guess. Glad I only had to stay one night.

Absolutely avoid! We are not precious about things being dated (30 year old rooms) but we draw the line with cleanliness. Travelling with a big group of families this was next level disgusting and we had to leave. Hair on beds, blood on walls in hall, black mould, water damage, dust and the reek of cigarette smoke! Avoid this place!!

At the time of check-in, I was told that I had not paid the fee that I thought I had paid in advance (although the misunderstanding was later resolved), and the drain in the toilet in my room was leaking and the floor was soaked...I was so nervous.Breakfast buffet. There are many foreign guests, so the breakfast room is noisy, but it's a charm, but the quality isn't worth paying 1,320 yen for.

Satisfied with the 3 people room, the dual people room is abit small. Overall very clean.The service was very nice, the staff were very friendly! But there was a big line every breakfast. The only problem that I had was the wifi, very slow and poor.The location of the hotel is awesome, with convenience stores nearby!

This is a business hotel with good cost performance and a buffet for breakfast. It's quite affordable in this area.The room was a little old, but it seemed like it had been renovated and was much cleaner than the reviews said.The breakfast menu was all the same, so I would appreciate it if they could change it up a bit.

Good location. Best of all, at Marukin Ramen across the street, you can enjoy Hakata ramen with all the ingredients, extra eggs, and all-you-can-eat mustard greens. Some rooms have drainage and air conditioning noise.

The hotel is quite large but the rooms are in the style of inner Tokyo, small, with no equipment, small TV from the early 2k years.I still give it 4 * because it's neat and quite comfortable, the bathroom is small but still has a full electric sink. The bed also has hot drying :)
