There is a beautiful coastal scenery in front of the inn. I was able to spend my time in a different world with a relaxed feeling. The interior of the inn has been renovated and is clean and stylish. It was a calm Japanese-style inn.Since there are no places to eat nearby, you can buy ingredients at the Koniya Port supermarket and cook yourself, or you can order simple meals to be delivered.Anyway, it was a quiet and beautiful place. I want to go again.

It's the perfect place to relax and relax while listening to the sound of the waves, wind, and birds chirping. We were planning to go snorkeling🤿 & SUP and asked for a guide, but the wind was so strong that we couldn't do SUP, so we had him show us around the island in the afternoon. Not only the sea but also the mountains are wonderful, so it would be a good idea to spend a few nights here relaxing and sightseeing.I stayed for 2 nights, and it's great to have a drink while looking at the stars at night, and drink coffee in the morning while looking at the ocean. You can only buy soft drinks in the village, so it's best to plan your meals carefully and look up recipes so you don't get overwhelmed. (It may be a good idea to bring mayonnaise, dressing, condiments, etc. if necessary.)If you request, they will also provide bento boxes and BBQ.During my stay, the ferry was canceled, so I used a shared sea taxi (priority given to islanders), but since I'm not used to it, I don't know how to get on it or where to get on.It would have been better if there was something (such as a manual) that would give me more information on how to ride it, what to call it, etc.The people in the village kindly told me about it, and after asking around at the port, I was finally able to get on board.

It's one of my favorite inns. You can see the beautiful Sukomo Beach and Sukomoari from the roof. This is a valuable inn where you can rent out an entire old private house in the village, so you can stay in it and feel like you're living there. We have all the necessary home appliances and cooking utensils, so it's fun to cook with local ingredients. The ceiling is low, so be careful not to hit your head, especially if you are tall. It's a place where you can feel the sounds and light of nature with your whole body, and you'll want to visit again and again.

Stayed in May 2021A beautiful beach right in front of you!It was practically like a private beach and we had the most luxurious time. You can spend a relaxing and extraordinary time in an old private house with a nostalgic atmosphere.Although the building is old, it has been properly renovated and is well kept and clean. One of the things I liked about this inn is that you can lie down or sit on the roof and relax.I actually wanted to stay there the next morning, but it rained that day, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't make the most of it the next day.I was able to have a valuable accommodation experience that is hard to find in other tourist destinations.*Some people may be nervous or concerned about insects in the summer.

The first time I stayed here, the weather was so bad that I couldn't see the stars or enjoy the sea, but since there was no TV, I was able to enjoy the luxury of doing nothing, just listening to the sounds of nature, and this hotel became my favorite. I did. I use it when I come to Kakeroma, and this is my 4th time using it. Since I couldn't get through to my cell phone other than Docomo, I was able to turn off my cell phone and just enjoy nature. I think this is a recommended place for those who want to enjoy nature and those who want to relax without worrying about time. However, there are no places to eat, and shopping is difficult, so we recommend that you prepare what you need at Koniya before coming to the inn. If you use the bus, the bus times match the ferry times, so when thinking about shopping in Kakeroma, you should also consider the bus times. If possible, we recommend staying two nights and not only exploring the sea, but also walking around the village.

I used it for 4 nights during Golden Week. The sea in front of us was very beautiful and we could see many fish in the coral area in the back left. It is very comfortable to sit on the ``Sea View Roof'' and look out at the sea, sleep listening to the sound of waves at night, and wake up in the morning to the sound of birds. It's an old house that has been renovated, so you can't deny that it's old, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. There were no seasonings listed in the amenities section, so I bought salt, soy sauce, oil, etc., but they had everything. When I checked later, it was written in the Q&A section, but I think it would have been easier to understand if it had been written in the amenities section. Mineral water, drip coffee, tea, plastic wrap, and paper towels were also provided. I thought it would be nice to have chopsticks and disposable slippers. Overall, I will give it a rating of 5.

I was able to relax and get away from reality. Maybe it's better to have nothing.

I thought it was just by the seaside, but it's actually in the village of Sukomo. It's also in front of the bus stop, so if you have time, you can also take a bus from the port. It was also equipped with a Goemon bath. There are no shops around where you can buy it, so it's better to buy it at Koniya and then go to the island. Cooking utensils, tableware, pesticides, etc. are provided. However, my mobile phone cannot connect to anything other than docomo. It's nice to be isolated from your busy daily life, but it's a little annoying not to know the weather or ferry status. This is an inn for people who just want to spend a quiet time doing nothing, looking at the sea during the day and looking up at the stars at night.

The sea is right in front of you. Great location. The rooms have been renovated and are in good condition. It seems a little small for a family of 3 to stay there. Also, there are quite a few drafts, so it wasn't a problem since we stayed in the summer, but it might be a problem in the winter. I'm worried that it might be cold. I wonder if letting a draft in is also the wisdom of old buildings? In the bathhouse outside, you could only use the shower. There was a Goemon bath, so I thought I could use it, but there was a hole so I couldn't fill it with hot water, so I gave up. Regret. It would be fun to put this in. It looks like it will be fixed soon. There's a bus stop nearby, so you can probably get here by public transportation. You may be looking for something inconvenient when you come to Kakeroma Island, but it is essential to purchase food in advance. When eating out, always call ahead to check if the restaurant is open. There is no place to eat dinner unless you drive about 30 minutes from the hotel. The mountain roads on Kakeroma Island are windy and bad, making driving at night difficult. I think this is a very good island and accommodation for people who are looking for something that is not convenient, and are interested in the inconvenience.
