I really can't recommend it.I used it on July 16th this year, and the worst thing happened to me.I was playing elsewhere, but stopped by on my way home to use the hot springs.I received the reception one hour before the closing time (around 17:45).At the time, I was asked, ``Are you okay with the show only having an hour to finish?'', to which I replied, ``Do we have to hurry?'' and ``No, please take your time.''In the end, the water supply was forcibly shut off around 6:40 p.m.My wife was washing her hair, but since there was no water, I had no choice but to wash it with hot spring water. Also, in the changing room, while my wife was naked and drying herself, they forced the door fully open.Their momentum is so strong that they want to get up on time, so I can't see them just leaving early. It was my daughter's birthday, and I was very disappointed to see her like this.I don't want to go there again and I can't recommend it.For your reference.

It seems that the open-air bath will only be open on Saturdays in March 2023. Other than that, the observation bath (indoor bath only) is on the third floor of the hotel. If the weather is nice, you can soak in the hot water while looking at Mt. Fuji from the window. All the store staff are kind.

The open-air bath has a feeling of openness, but there were few staff and I had to wait.

I went camping and used the hot springs, but this was terrible! ! The shower only came out slowly, and the normal 800 yen fee, but 600 yen for facility users, was too much of a rip-off! ! !It would be better to fix the shower seriously.

After descending Mt. Ashitaka, I only used the open-air bath. The open-air bath has a feeling of openness and is comfortable, but the washing area is also outside, so it can be quite a pain on a windy December day. Moreover, the amount of water in the shower was insufficient, so I washed my body feeling quite cold.It doesn't seem to bother you much in the summer, but please be careful when using it in the winter.
