The place was extremely spacious and the location is extremely peaceful. Although it was somewhat a little distance away from the Ubud centre, the villa provides complimentary motorbike shuttle service on demand.||Overall we found the villa staff team to be extremely helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.

So why five stars?1. The staff at Satori's Banana Villa - Wayan, her husband Ketut, and Putu--are thoughtful, warm, dedicated, thorough, professional and super-likable. At the end of our second visit, they felt so nearly like family that it was hard to say goodbye.2. The breakfasts were exceptional! Waking up to coffee, luscious, bright, fresh-cut fruit AND a fresh fruit smoothie spoiled us. That these were followed by hot, fluffy, mildly spicy nasi goreng..? Heavenly way to start a day.3. The setting, among rice paddies and palms, is so beautiful. You can point a camera in any direction and capture beauty. The pool and the well-tended landscaping (and the aforementioned rice paddy just beyond make a feast for the eyes and an idyllic scene to really relax in. You feel privacy yet also an unconstrained openness. (The rooms' semi-outdoor showers provide the same paradoxical vibe.)4. Banana Villa is beautifully decorated with original art by the cream of (I think) local artists and handsome, comfortable, inviting furniture. Wife and I loved ending our eves in the ultra-cozy TV room.5. It's a brief walk to the elegant and un-toppable Luxe Grill for dinner!

We had a wonderful time at Satori Villa (Banana). The staff is super friendly, high quality and they will do everything possible to make your stay memorable! The villa is centrally located and if needed there’s a scooter service. The staff helps and advises for all trips. There are plenty of warungs and restaurants in the vicinity. Our stay was a 10/10!

What an amazing place this is. Perhaps the best yet. The villa is spacious and in an authentic style. The staff was super friendly (yes, really really really friendly) and breakfast was always on time. 100% the place to be, wouldn't have it any other way. It is in the middle of the rice fields and you have to walk +/- to the markets in Ubud, but that is doable. Small slope along the way but that can be dealt with. Highly recommended!

The whole building is greatLike a private villaThe room and living room are very cleanIt is a pity that there is no mineral water provided in the room (there is an additional fee for mineral water in the refrigerator)No facial tissue (only toilet paper rolls and kitchen towels)There are no trash cans (there are only toilet trash cans and kitchen trash cans in the room)really inconvenientBesides, we left the room at 8 a.m. the next dayThe staff actually wanted to take our luggage out with us.I asked our driver to tell the staff to store our luggage first.The staff still had a tough attitude and took the truck to the main road to release it.I've stayed in so many hotels and villas and I've never encountered a situation where I can't store my luggage.I looked at the official website and the booking website and there is no specific statement that luggage cannot be stored.If the villa does not allow people to store our luggage while our luggage cart comes to pick it up, it should be specifically stated on the official website or booking website.This way next time we won’t consider staying in a villa where we can’t store our luggage.

It was such a delight to stay in Rico and Kasey’s gorgeous villa in the rice fields of Ubud. I loved that it felt like a home, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and great views. The staff were all so beautiful who bent over backwards to provide support.The villa was surrounded by many lovely restaurants, most within walking distance. It was also a highlight to have your own pool surrounded by lush greenery. This villa provided the perfect holiday in Bali.

The warmth and welcome are fabulous. Flowers greeted us throughout the villa, the |Staff are so welcoming and eager to please and help us make choices in food, day trips |and what massages we would like. The motorbikes are fun to get to the city and we are enjoying the ducks that live next door.
