Clean rooms and very friendly staff.They offer the possibility of having massages on site at a good price.They were available to help us with the local authorities after a money changer in Tegallang had scammed us: thanks to them we got our money!

I stayed here 2 years ago in September. Was actually their first customer after Covid. Room had everything you needed, very clean. What made the experience though we're the people. They invited me to their family religious holiday ceremony, dressed me in classic Balinese attire, and included me with every aspect. Also had a member of their family take me on a tour of Ubud. Constantly gave me fruit, checked in on me, made me breakfast in morning, all of this for $10, pretty great.

Strategic location. Jalan Hanoman Ubud. Close to many restaurants but very comfortable inside the homestay.The homestay owner welcomed us so well, like family. Help us find tickets for Kecak shows & motorbike rentals. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Breakfast of toast, omelette & a full plate of fruit slices / juice š¤¤Thank you, Ketut and your family š

3 of us came for a massage and were massaged very well. 100k IDR for the one hour Balinese massage. We asked for very soft pressure and it was very good! (Otherwise it can be very very strong when it is "normal").Very good value for money. The place is run by a lovely family.

The host family is so lovely and kind. Breakfast was also good. The house looks like a traditional house in a typical Balinese alley and feels like a homestay, but there are a lot of traces of the old times.. An army of ants, flying insects by the water.. In particular, it was my fault when I found out later that there were stains on the sink, an old toilet, and no amenities; There were no basic soaps such as shampoo, conditioner, body, and hand wash in the bathroom, so I bought them at a nearby supermarket. The price was cheap...no complaints for the price. Still, I think it would be good to know and take it with you. There was no long shower hose in the bathroom, and the water pressure was very weak, so showering was a bit uncomfortable. Still, the breakfast was good for the price, and I received a strong massage from the owner's mother in the evening. I had a great stay in a great location. Thank you to the friendly host family.

I really like this place, it's a very spiritual place, I feel like there are ancient gods living here. The accommodation is very good and breakfast is served every day! Of course, there is also a cute little security guard, I love it.

Our best accommodation in Bali so far! This family was incredibly friendly and the room had everything you needed. My highlight was the little āguard dogā that we made friends with.We would book again at any time!

Words are insufficient to describe how pleasant my experience was at Arsa Homestay & Spa. Bagus and his family received me with incredible kindness and generosity. I arrived at night and when I woke up the next morning, I realized that I was in the middle of a family temple. The place is beautiful, neat, clean, perfectly located in Ubud, the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, everything works perfectly. And the massages are wonderful! No doubts to have before booking.

Very beautiful homestay run by a hearty hospitable family. They provide tasty breakfast (many options), hot water, aircon, terrace and 24 hours coffee/tea. Our room was cleaned daily. It is very quite here despite of the main road. Best price-quality!

Our favorite place in all of Bali, after a month we can say it. Clean rooms, fantastic staff, you are in the center of Ubud, you can easily stay here without any means of transport having everything at your fingertips. Fantastic breakfast with typical fruits that are always fresh and delicious. Beautiful place, highly recommend

Amazingly kind people! We only stayed one night but we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as we arrived. They brought us hot water for tea and brought us breakfast in the morning. Tranquil and beautiful, would highly suggest!

Magnificent little homestay with an unbeatable price (breakfast included), pay attention to the location on maps which is really not precise, for that look in the street there is a sign with the name of the homestay.
