Conveniently located 5-10 minutes walk from downtown. However, it is a very quiet place.It exists in the forest and is very relaxing.It's family run and the staff are very helpful.I lost my wallet in the taxi. I told the hotel staff about it. I contacted the taxi company and they responded quickly and my wallet was found. appreciate.I will definitely use it again next time.

This hotel is right in Ubud centre. A short walk to all the busy streets but tucked away nicely so that when you sleep in the evenings you can’t hear the busy streets.The staff are the most friendliest and helpful I’ve ever come across and the room itself is very nice.The owner organised a driver to bring me to Kuta where i was staying before flying out of Bali and I had forgotten my passport in the car by mistake. It was organised for my bag with my passport to be returned to me in a matter of hours which is beyond appreciated. If I come to Ubud again, I will definitely be staying here and couldn’t recommend it enough.

!!!! Be careful!!!!! Real thieves and opportunists, after booking through booking they write to you to force you to hire their airport transfer service for a fortune under the threat that they will not be able to check you in if you do not do it with them, but miraculously if you take their transport you will. They do your check-in. I attach the photo of the messages for booking

I really enjoyed my time! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms and the pool were also nice! The location is perfect too - just a few minutes walk from Radiantly Alive and great restaurants and shopping. 😃 My room's balcony faced the jungle so it was just amazing!

We stayed 4 nights and we had a wonderful time, we were very close to restaurants and monkey forest and the rice fields. Many places to eat and you can walk very safely. The local people are very nice. I love the area so much, because it is very peaceful and very quiet.

We had a bad experience as the electric supply kept tripping. Our team leader has already tried resolving the issue with the host but was unsuccessful in achieving a solution. As such, we decided to shorten our stay to only 1 night instead of 2 nights.The host should learn to validate customers' concern and handle the issue in a more professional way rather than lose the business .

We actually booked several rooms for two nights stay, but upon checked in on late evening, the electric supply were cut off several time in two hours for some of rooms, when our team leader confronted the host, her attitude was horrible and the way she handled the issue was very unprofessional, so we decided to move out the next day. Now after reading through the some of the low rating Google review, you can clearly see how the owner their reply. So better make a wise choice. I believe there are hundred of airbnb or home stay around this area. Sure you can find something better in value.

WORST travel stay experience in my life.You may go ahead to stay here if you can accept these problem with a terrible host.1. Electricity tripped few times during the night.2. Water leaking issue.3. AC not function well, no cool at all for the whole night.4. Rooms are strong dump & musty smell.5. Bed is not clean, skin itchy after a night sleep.6. The homestay is located in the end of the small alley which only can walk in. It's very dark at night. (less secure for women)MAJOR PROBLEM: OWNER's ATTITUDEThe owner has a terrible attitude. Even when we raised issues about the room, there was no empathy for the residents; instead, they blamed the guests.At first she said no electric problem and take the photo of light and tell no problem, but at the other day of conversation to follow up of the refund process, she say is our problem using heavy duty electric adapter. (Haha, she does not aware that she admitted that it did happen the electric problem in another way).When asked how to solve the power outage problem, they just kept shifting blame and didn't try to comfort the uncomfortable feelings of the residents, completely undermining my expectations for the hospitality of an Airbnb's owner.I suggested that the owner provide breakfast for us as a gesture of consolation. However, she later reneged on her promise, and even sarcastically mocked me for demanding breakfast.Initially have booked for two nights stay through Airbnb, but last minute changed all the itinerary plan and find a new villa to stay.Lucky that we were complaining thru Airbnb and managed to get some refund.During the refund process, she even lie to me that is Indonesia is in holiday, Airbnb need 1-2weeks to process the refund. At the end, after get Airbnb involved, the support team immediate called me and arranged the refund within 24hrs.

Worst hotel experience in my life, power supply tripped few time in an hour, anither room were water leaking, and stink, when we confronted the host, the attitude was arrogant and horrible, we have booked for two nights stay, but decided to move out and stay in another hotel the next day. Lucky that we were complaining thru Airbnb and managed to get some refund.

I stayed here multiples times whenever I was in Ubud and loved it. The staff are so friendly and kind and the room itself is clean and spacious. The balcony is extremely peaceful overlooking the jungle as well as the rooftop views. It’s well located and just great value for money all round. Will be back!

Be careful booking with this hotel! They randomly decided to change our reservation dates from 25-29 March 2024 to 24-29 April 2024 despite me having already paid and receiving confirmation of our reservations for the 25-29 March dates. I have no idea how the hotel can simply modify our dates as they please without any discussion as to why. I am so disappointed. I would never book with this place ever again.

This is budget accomodation and I guess you get what you pay for.Negatives: A nylon, fluffy top sheet with a cotton sheet on top of that which had clearly had not been washed for a while. A toilet and shower room combined which means you splosh through puddles to get to the loo. And a general air of not being cleaned with care and attention. Oh, and the in-room mini bar which was actually a frosted up fridge in a shared kitchen next door. There's more but I'm running out of steam.On the plus side the room had a balcony with a stunning forest view and a rooftop pool that also has great views. And if you want to get a feel for family living in Bali where properties are tacked on and randomly expanded in tiny spaces as families grow, this is that kind of place.The staff are very friendly and its in a great central location too.

I didn't live, but I went out to the mountain one day for rafting in the morning, and they discussed the price of the ticket and approximately 3 or 4 hours of rafting and a day for safari.

I stayed in two villas with my family.Friendly service and motorcycle rentals are available at reasonable prices.Approximately 20% tax is added for breakfast.The 3rd floor has a great view, and the new rooms on the 2nd floor are clean and quiet.The location is in downtown Ubud, so it is convenient to go to Ubud Market, the Grand Palace, and Starbucks.There is a lush forest in front of the new building, and the sound of birds wakes me up in the morning.

Bali Ubud Harmony was a really nice, good value and well located hotel. There's a rooftop pool and the room had a balcony which was quite peaceful as it's tucked away off the main street. The owner helped us with an airport pickup, a full day tour of some of the surroundings and the travel to our next hotel. The staff were all very friendly and ready to help.
