The operators and employees are super friendly. The hotel rooms are a bit older but very comfortably furnished and kept clean. The breakfast is varied and tastes very good! I can only recommend this hotel, we will come back! ☺️

I was here recently on Monday, the hotel is very centrally located. The city and train can be reached in 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and talkative. A very warm family business, I would love to come back.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. We were there on business. The only thing that was fine was the location. The train station can be reached quickly on foot. But you can hear a lot from the street and the train whistles at night.The reception staff were averagely friendly.The hotel is extremely old and is no longer up to date. The reception is not staffed at all times and the door must be locked independently. For what it offers, it is very expensive.The rooms are all an absolute disgrace. I was also able to look at those of my colleagues, so we're not talking about an isolated case!- musty smell- Carpet stained- poor cleaning (hair in the bathroom)- Mold in the shower and on the windows- no possibility to darken the rooms (translucent curtains, no roller shutters)- extremely noisy, you can hear EVERYTHING (even what you don't want to hear)- Furniture extremely worn- you hit your head on the lamp strip above the bed- Chipped paint on the walls- You wait a long time for warm water when showering- Glasses provided in the room were not washed properlyDefinitely the last time there for me. In my opinion, this hotel can only stay in this condition at this price due to a lack of competition nearby. Modernization is long overdue!

Very good location, 150m to the train station and 150m to the pedestrian zone, which offers everything you need for shopping, drinking a beer, eating and drinking coffee on Sundays, you just have to look a little and ask the many nice Bebra residents.The rooms are large and were well equipped 30 years ago, but now everything is getting old. Anyone who can get used to the sliding doors in the shower and old silicone joints, which have become black everywhere over time due to age, will feel at home in a bygone era.I can understand that there is no hot food, neither at lunch nor in the evening, it's just not worth it... and materials and staff are expensive. But I only know that you have to get beer and a seltzer from the vending machine in the evening in the cheap motels for €50 a night, but €100 is too much for that.If you are a late riser after a strenuous day or a long night of celebrations on the weekend, you should make sure that breakfast is broken down at 10 a.m. on Sundays and the room must be vacated by 11 a.m.There are enough opportunities to enjoy beer and brunch until after 12 p.m. 150m away.The advertised bathing world costs €10 entry per person, plus €5 for a towel and bathrobe... Opening times also have to be taken into account, so going there whenever you want is definitely not possible.Nowadays, for a hotel with 100€ rooms, you would expect to see room availability online, or typically be able to book or at least reserve online. Even a call doesn't provide any information about the availability of rooms in the first and second attempt, which is a shame so you inevitably have to keep looking... The request will only be processed after a written request... And you will receive an answer sometime the next day .... Which you then have to quickly confirm in writing as a reservation. Unfortunately, a telephone conversation is not enough... This is probably due to bad experiences from the past, but with today's state of technology it can be solved very conveniently for both sides (Internet).

Unbelievable, I don't know what kind of problems the boss has, but don't let it become yours. The best you can get for a good day is if you say it first. The suitcases have to be carried because otherwise the steps will break down? Purchased drinks are not allowed to be drunk in the courtyard ( from the machine).Restaurant and beer garden have been abolished. And

The hotel has everything you need, as long as you don't have high expectations.So a clean room with TV, bathroom including shower, old hairdryer, bed, closet, chair and some of it even has a balcony (smoker friendly). However, this hotel's best days are obviously behind it, but it's certainly enough for a few nights. A simple, but sufficient, breakfast is also offered. What was also special were the ancient keys and the request from the staff to lock the front door at night. Because you have to be a little careful in the area.... Short version: You simply shouldn't expect luxury overall, then it's fine. 😉

Nice area but the owner is very strange, walks through the hallways at night, knocks on doors, asks strange things. There are no smoke detectors in the rooms. There are stains everywhere on the carpets, the beds have no backrests and are blocked by a lamp. The smoke detectors were used to report the incident to the city administration.
