I made a booking at this hotel 11 months before my visit at what looked to be a good price for a trade fair time, and paid online with my card.However when I arrived at the hotel they refused to honour the booking, saying that he price quoted on the website was wrong and they would refund the booking but not let me stay there unless I paid a price almost 400% higher. I asked why they had published the wrong price ("computer error") and why they hadn't contacted me in almost a whole year before my stay to advise here was a problem but instead let me travel there to tell me (no answer to this, just repeating "computer error" and saying impossible to have this price for trade fair period and trying to tell me that I should have known it was an error!) Disgusting, dishonourable and a very sad way to run a business.I have to say that the hotel looked really low class anyway from the reception area which was as far as I was able to get.In summary, avoid this place and don't trust it unless you want to risk turning up for a 7 day stay like I did with all your luggage and then have to go looking elsewhere after a 40 minute argument at reception. Horrible experience.

To save some money I took the hotel, that was the biggest mistake. During the day everything was pretty much ok except that the room was trekking. In the evening when I came into the room, hell began in the bathroom, complete with poop roaches, unread, at least 30 of them. When I opened the door, they all disappeared into the sewer and then in the bed, bed bugs infested everything on my clothes... I reported it directly to the boss, he said what I expect for the price... pure catastrophe the hotel is almost exclusively occupied by junkies they will bring all the illnesses with them to the hotel and and and I recommend you avoid the hotel if your health is important to you, save your money In any case, not for 60 euros you can get something local, the city police, health department and lawyer were notified. It's just a shame that I can't upload videos here then you would see what I mean

I booked a hotel for 5 nights. In one word, horror. The location of this hotel is in a terrible neighborhood next to homeless people and drug addicts. It is impossible to sleep at night, as they shout under the windows, (on one of the 5 days there was even a fight and the police came) because of which it was impossible to sleep. I booked a room for 1 person, the room is not bad, but only 1 (big) body towel is provided, it is very inconvenient. Also, what surprised me was that when you need to leave the hotel, the keys are taken away at the reception desk. What if they come into my room at this time, and I have valuable things there? How can I be sure that I will not be robbed? After staying for 2 days, on the 3rd day my whole body started itching and I couldn't sleep properly, I think there are bed bugs in the room, but since I don't have proof, it's just my guess, although after reading other reviews, I can say that I am not the only one writing about bedbugs. Therefore, I categorically do not recommend this hotel.

Contrary to some of the reviews here, I was overall very satisfied with the hotel.Friendly and courteous employees. Room was fine and clean. Bed was good.Unfortunately no breakfast, but coffee.Price performance top.

Small and inexpensive. Appropriate expectations met.The entire hotel only has three non-smoking rooms, otherwise just open the windows. It's a reasonable budget solution if you don't mind the location in the middle of all the stripper shops. Very close to the main train station, which is also the reason why I go there more often.Otherwise you shouldn't expect so much service/quality for the price. Enough for an overnight stay.

Horrible service, dirty rooms, terribile zone, and disgusting scammers, I paid 65€ a room for a day (not 55 as they say) and they threw me out after some hours. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

The location is very good, but it is not like a hotel, it is a hostel, the surroundings of the hotel are very bad, you should definitely not go with children. You can stay for a night or two. There is no breakfast. They only serve coffee. If you don't have to, definitely don't stay.

The owner is a scammer. We booked through Agoda but he just canceled it without notice. I called Agoda, they said it were cancel by hotel because it is full. Then I asked the owner is this having any available rooms? Surprisingly, he said yes but with 250euro????

The man who claims to be the owner of this hotel is a scammer. Even though I paid for my stay in cash, the money was also taken from my credit card. The thief's hotel does not respond to requests for refunds.

Was charged 50 euros the first night and it went up 25$ per day topping out at 117 euros by the third day. The room wasn’t worth 50 euros in the first place. The first night had no heat and the oustside temp was a low of a 39°F, 4°CThe room is by India standard and not European standard which is both less than American standard. Filled with bugs ripped curtains people smoking in the room next door filled my room with smoke all night/early morning woke with a stuffy nose and smelling like smoke along with all my clean clothes. Place was filled with bugs. Had them literally crawling in the bed with me. Indians have ruined the standard of hotels world wide. Thank you Patels for making us all pay a little more for a lot less. The world today 🥴

You shouldn't expect anything at all, because it's a run-down place in the drug district. There were spilled drinks on the wall of the very small room, 2 mm of dust on the telephone, there was a hole the size of a fist in the bathroom door and I caught a cockroach there early in the morning and threw it out. The whole room also smelled of smoke and I got rid of a smoked butt on the window sill.The WiFi is almost unusable and the TV hardly shows any channels; the few that were visible were totally crizzled.I can positively mention the bed, because it was really extremely comfortable.You have to be aware of where you are and find out about the station district in advance if you are not there. For delicate souls or families with children, it could be very uncomfortable and frightening. As long as you can get along with the area, you have a very central location right near the train station.If you find my review helpful, I would be very happy about a thumbs up. Thanks.
