“Great” were the location, the tasteful furnishings, the beds and 2 types of pillows, the cleanliness, the fact that despite the location it was very quiet with the windows closed and you could easily darken the room.” The friendly ladies at the reception. we'll definitely be back!

An excellently furnished hotel where you can only feel comfortable.The hotel management and service staff are first class in their work.This hotel is hard to beat in the Giessen region.What you also have to mention is the steakhouse directly opposite where you can have a unique dinner.

There are spiders all over the house in every corner, lamp,... disgusting.The indoor climate is uncomfortably warm. Opening windows is not a solution (spiders, noise). Air conditioning cools well, but blows with a lot of dust.The black design is definitely chic, but you can see the dust even more.Unfortunately, it feels like you're sleeping on the highway (noise) and the walls are more than noisy. The room is just loud. Extremely uncomfortable.The management of the hotel and reception apparently has little identification with the hotel - as is often the case in hotel chains. Much of the unpleasantness could easily be eliminated. Some of this would certainly not matter, everything together is just annoying when you consider that the price is far above the comparable hotel chains in Giessen.Other things: good water pressure in the shower, no connection to local transport, no small fridge, didn't try breakfast, very/too soft beds, spacious room, great overall design.“Despite the convenient location, our guests will find a place of peace and relaxation in their rooms” is the sentence the hotel advertises on its homepage. The reality is exactly the other way around.

If you are looking for noise, rude hotel rezeptionists, being in the middle of nowhere, having to walk 1km to get to the bus on the weekends,a little dust then choose this.Dissapointment doesn't get to describe my experience.Both Saturday and Sunday I got woken up at 10am by the sheer noice the woman receptionist made. Her tone of voice traveled everywhere and the remodeling men plus house keeping did not help reduce said noise.When asked on Sunday to keep it down she did for 1 hour and then got twice as loud.Both nights people kept making noise slamming doors and all until 12. The parking lot for the restaurant was also super noisy till 11pm both days.There was basically no privacy because the people at the parking lot could see into my room on the first floor. So it was a matter of keeping the room dark or allowing people to see into my room.There was a light layer of dust on the shelves but the rest was clean.I choose the hotel because I thought I could get rest on the weekend. Wasn't even offered an actually apology was greated with contempt and snickering.
