An outdated hotel with a good location for one night.Family room practical, clean, a little too cold upon arrival, but warm after a short day thanks to the heating.Beds and blankets comfortable, heard nothing despite being close to the motorway.Breakfast was good, but the fruit was canned. Otherwise good selection and good service.Conclusion: Not for vacation, absolutely fine when passing through.

What a crappy hotel this is. If you arrive after midnight it is better to look for another hotel.We arrived at 00.20, reception is closed (specifically searched for 24 hour reception).There is one of those self-service machines, which apparently does not work, you call the emergency number and a woman arrives who speaks hardly a word of English and not very good German either. The final score came down to the fact that the lady said that we should look for another hotel at 1 am after having driven for more than 20 hours. What lousy service. They should report this in advance!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived and smelled unpleasant, which left a very negative first impression. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which greatly affected sleeping comfort.The staff was unfriendly and seemed to have little consideration for the guests' wishes. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, I was simply disturbed in my room twice during my stay. This is unacceptable to me and has significantly affected my stay.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near the highway. There is a gas station and a McDonald's nearby. The room was clean and quite comfortable, with good soundproofing, so we weren't bothered by noise. The bathroom was large. Good breakfast. Free parking. Great value for the price. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city.

Actually a really nice hotel.Good for one night in transit.Close to the highway. Good rooms, nice bathroom, towels are more gray than white, you should change the laundryStrangely enough, there is a strange smell everywhere. In the elevator, in the rooms. It goes towards stale cigarette smoke.What pisses me off is that a young employee in an orange jogging suit sits down at the table next to me, eats breakfast, and makes a loud video call.The entire breakfast room was able to participate in the entertainment.Do I want this in the morning?Is this what the breakfast guests want to hear?No.That doesn't work at all!And, it was before 10:30.Even after that, you don't feel like this pointless chatter on Sunday.The reception is obviously not staffed during the day. Once the cat is out of the house, an old saying starts.This unsupervised wrangling of minimum wage employees in a hotel, these austerity measures are backfiring, which can be clearly observed here.The breakfast was ok. Not more. The underground café reminds me of the GDR, 1970.The night porter was very nice and friendly and waited especially for me!5 stars for that!

We needed a hotel for the night as we drive through Germany. It was difficult to find a reasonable hotel with reasonable prices next to the A3, until we found Elan Hotel. I called around 22:40 to ask if they still had rooms available. We were able to book 2 rooms (one double and one single). The kind receptionist (English speaking), whose shift ends at midnight (which is when the reception closes) was willing to wait for us, as we were supposed to arrive at midnight. Fortunately, we arrived just a tiny bit earlier at 23:50. We got our key cards and paid for the rooms and breakfast (10Euro p.p.). We had a quiet night, I was close to the elevators but was not bothered by noise. Room was clean, bed was large. Pillow was very soft and thin (but folded it did the trick), and I agree with reviews that maintenance is not optimal (there was a constant buzzing sound I think due to a light bulb/LED, but it didn't bother my sleep because it wasn't an annoying or changing sound, more like a ventilator type sound).To sum up; clean, quiet, no service related issues if you arrive before midnight, breakfast was standard but good. Free parking. Great hotel to stay the night while travelling!

Very suitable as a hotel for transit. Less than 5 minutes from the motorway. Rooms functional and clean. Free parking space in front of the door. Restaurants nearby. Breakfast was offered very early.

Perfect place to stay the night when travelling through Germany. Perfectly situated near the A3 and a fast charging station just next door for EV's. Our dog was welcome too.

Absolutely not worth the price paid. Only tiredness and the location adjacent to the motorway determined the choice, furthermore there was no other possibility... Room with a stale smell, worn towels, minimal cleaning...to say the next day we were in Rotterdam at the Bruno Hotel itself price but it seemed hyper-luxury in comparison..In short, when there is no competition, mediocre and obsolete prevail.

Absolutely ridiculous. The reception suit have been open until midnight. I tried to call them from 11 o’clock onwards to tell them I will be late no answer. When I arrived, the automatic system of checking in and getting the key did not work. There was a telephone number for emergency no one answered. Zero service ridiculous attitude.

I had a positive experience with this hotel.I have nothing to complain about!The room and bathroom were very clean as were bed linen etc.The employee is also very friendlyIt's enough for 1-3 nights!I haven't found anything to complain about.I can only recommend it.
