My review is about the gesture that the hotel did. We did not get to stay at the hotel, as our trip was canceled due to my child being sick. For the cancellation, we were to pay about 80% of the price. I politely explained our situation and I was amazed to find out that they had decided to remove the fee. We are very grateful for this gesture and do not take it for granted!

My room number 28, facing the back yard, was very quiet - despite there being a supermarket underneath. There's nothing strange smelling, everything is clean, the mattress isn't sagging, there are enough power sockets, the reception is very helpful and solution-oriented. There are also fried eggs for breakfast. However, it is on a separate map and you have to notice it in the morning - if you are awake enough 😀 It can also be overlooked! This is my second time there and I hope to see you again. P.S. The garage parking space is very fairly priced. My thanks to the Borger family. Your guest from June 2024.

The Hotel Borger is located on the edge of FFM in Enkheim. Depending on why you are in Frankfurt, the location may be a bit disadvantageous, but there is a train line within walking distance, from where you can easily get to the city center and therefore to all other places.The rooms are relatively large compared to many other hotels. The style of the inventory is a bit old, but in general the furnishings are completely functional, clean and in good condition.But what the hotel makes up for all the supposed "shortcomings" (note the quotation marks) is the excellent service. Every employee is friendly and accommodating at all times, small extra requests are always fulfilled (if possible), the breakfast is very good and freshly made egg dishes are always offered. In my opinion, this is where the hotel and its operators' greatest strength lies.A clear recommendation from my side, especially if you don't necessarily have plans to do something directly in FFM but are traveling in the surrounding area.

I stayed there for one night during a business trip and was very positively surprised and absolutely satisfied!My room was very clean, bright, friendly furnished, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was in a very clean condition. Hairdryer, towels, tissues, telephone, television, radio, everything is there and working.The staff was also very nice. The surroundings were quiet.If I have anything to do in the area again, I'll be happy to come back!

We only slept there one night, so I can't comment on longer stays. We were staying there as part of a family celebration and were therefore able to book there with a large number of people. This is not a given. The subway connection was good so far, even if the hotel is relatively far out of town. We found the breakfast very good: the service was attentive and the selection was quite large. We even found breakfast the best of all. The rooms are okay, it was just very loud at night and I woke up several times. WiFi is available. I also thought the bed was okay. We wouldn't want to stay a whole week, but we thought it was good for single nights. We found the price expensive compared to other hotel stays, but we don't know the other prices in Frankfurt.

The Hotel Borger is a very nice family-run hotel in the middle of Bergen Enkheim. The staff is really very nice. The rooms are bright and spacious, very clean and well maintained. You feel at home and we will definitely come back!
