In the outbuilding there are 2 hotplates (if they work), a refrigerator with a full 30dB (if it is not under water), a shower with a shower curtain (and 100kg of lime on the shower so that everything else gets wet except your body), a toilet (with small fishies as pets) but there is a sink :)There are some sockets available (although I didn't notice any of the connections to the mains power supply).In the main building there may be the possibility of a microphone (with leftover food) and a safe (you would like to have what was in there from the previous owner - but unfortunately it is empty).In terms of climate, it's like the Deutsche Bahn - heating at 100% in summer and 0% in winter (but there are exceptions: it's 365d/a at 100% but you can't turn it off either (at least there's a sauna included) .The advantage is the nearby tram stop and the Penny/Lidl.For someone who needs short accommodation without a high standard - it is a good choice for longer stays but I would look elsewhere :))

So the rooms and surroundings are ok, which really annoyed me, I booked through HRS and at a price of 80 € and when I paid I was told it costs 86.75 which is not ok... I won't book here again. I can't say to the customer that I offer the service for 100 euros and then ask for 150 at the end, sorry I don't understand that!

Check in counter so no problems no matter when you come, only a parking space to get the key is very difficult to get. After that everything is ok with the parking space in the underground car park. Price performance is good, you shouldn't expect luxury but it's great for the price

The bed gives me back pain, the rooms are not clean (look at the silicone joints!!!!) only towels are changed and vacuumed twice a week and the bed is only remade on Fridays. …

The location is suboptimal, Otten in the residential area, there are almost no free parking spaces, but underground parking spaces are offered for €10 per night.The rooms are clean but very shabby, at €85 per night for a single room you could really invest something here.

So I don't even know where to start. Apart from the location, from what I experienced, this hotel definitely landed in my top 3 of the most disgusting ever.I stayed there with three friends and can therefore report very well on the condition of several rooms. Simply because I had three different rooms during my week-long stay.Just unclean, disgusting rooms with lots of hair, strange red stains on the shower tiles, sagging mattresses, disgusting smelling rooms and several remote controls that you don't want to touch with your bare hand. (picture follows)To top it all off, the shower head sprayed in all directions and the glasses in the kitchen were stuck in the cupboard.All I have to say about this is DISGUSTING!

Good clean rooms with old furniture. Location is around 20 mins by tram from the main train station Mannheim. Breakfast was good.
It is possible to find hotels in the city centre with the similar or lower price

The room smelled of old smoke, which was particularly hanging in the curtains. Extremely unpleasant. No discount or offer to get another room. Cleanliness was more or less okay. Floor was clean, bathroom fixtures stained. Shower head so calcified that hardly any water came. Fridge very loud. I had to turn it off overnight. Kettle clean, but lid broken. Price-performance not okay.

Since I arrived late, I was able to get my key via a key safe. The room was large and tidy. A small kitchenette was available. The bathroom is small but OK. Surely the shower head urgently needed descaling, but otherwise everything was fine. Unfortunately I had to leave early in the morning. Even then, there was still no one to speak to on site.

Apartment hotel on the outskirts of Mannheim. Very cheaply priced but very spacious rooms and appropriate facilities that clearly do not correspond to a high-priced hotel, but are completely sufficient and appropriate for the room price. Clean and tidy with a small kitchen.1 star deduction for the breakfast and the loud service staff with the door open right next door to the breakfast roomThe breakfast selection is smaller, which is ok, but when the rice pudding is dry and almost hard, I don't think that's justified. The manager is very friendly and accommodating

It's very loud, you can hear everything from the rooms around it. You can completely forget about the kitchen. Is not recommended. Pay 7 euros for a reserved parking space even though you can also stand in an unreserved space in the parking garage. Far too expensive.

From the outside it looks rather unpleasant and when you enter the building you go into a very dark hallway, which is off-putting, BUT the rooms are really nice.We stayed overnight with our children and found two travel cots in the room. Each baby had a set of towels and bedding (although 6 month old babies are not supposed to have bedding due to the risk of suffocation). The room was clean at first glance. The two single beds were very nicely prepared.The kitchen is spartan, two pots, one pan, one dish per person...UNFORTUNATELY there were no dishcloths, tea towels or dishwashing liquid. The dishes were also DIRTY, which is not surprising when there is no way to wash them. The sink didn't have a plunger to catch water for rinsing. We then had to wash up in the bathroom with hand soap.The heating in our room was broken, so we had to sleep with the window open because the heating was on all night and all day long!The breakfast buffet was set up as usual. Fully automatic coffee machine, juice bar, eggs, sausage and cheese, vegetables, fruit, jams.
