Hotel is well located near the S-Bahn but if you arrive by car it is very difficult to find a parking space, key safe was accidentally left open. Luckily no stranger had picked up the key. WC didn't even have glasses. Room looked old and dingy. Carpet had lots of stains and floor was uneven in places. Apparently there is water, coffee and tea in the room. Kettle was available. You had to look for a socket where you could switch it on. For 2 people 2 nights there was 1 bottle of 0.5L water, 2 bags of instant coffee and no tea. There were only 2 water glasses. 2 cups were brought upon request. Price is cheap but breaks cheap enough

The room itself is a nice size. The sheets were clean. The place was calm. There are shops nearby.The place was not bad for my son who had to go to the French high school.For the rest, nothing is going well.The bathroom was not clean (mold on the shower screen, a hair in the bathtub). The towels are rough. The installation is really aging.Access by car is not easy, it is difficult to park on the street.There is no service (not even a cold drinks machine). Reception hours are very vague.The hotel is located in a backyard, not very reassuring.I am surprised that some reviews which give this hotel 5/5 have the same last name as that indicated on the mailbox where we left the keys when leaving.It's far from the center of Frankfurt.I do not recommend at all.

Very satisfied, perfect price performance. 2 minutes away from Rödelhein S-Bahn station. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Even coffee/tea and water were included. Highly recommended.Everything was great!!!

In short,Not recommended from A to Z.From the reception, service to the room conditions, it was completely miserable.Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave a negative review.Nevertheless, I wish the management and staff at the hotel all the best.

I stayed at the hotel with my family, it was very pleasant and cozy. The owner was very nice and helpful. From price to room service it was top. Always happy and can only be recommended.

Unfortunately, service and communication are not very important. An (in my opinion) overpriced room with mold. After confrontation, simply deny it. A pity!

Extremely dissatisfied.Room is moldy, boss denies this on site after confrontation and a detailed showing of the room on our part.Of course, on the day of booking, the boss also shirked his responsibility to properly state the condition of the room before our arrival, so we got lost there late in the evening and saw no other way out than to book there and spend a night out of it To stay overnight in an emergency.In no way was our satisfaction taken into account afterwards and the price was also a complete disgrace considering the condition of the room (sockets were out, behind the bed and on the side walls were completely moldy, and the strips were half off).The boss had very little interest in us as customers, our health and satisfaction.Of course, the same room looked much nicer and better in the pictures online when we arrived.Attached are pictures of the room and the mold as well as an extract from the invoice as proof that we stayed there.I would definitely avoid this place.Even if the condition of the room was extremely poor, it has to be said that at least the employee at the reception was nice and the booking could be made fairly quickly.However, it doesn't change our dissatisfaction.The room smelled awfully of mold and I'm pretty sure that this even had an impact on our health.

Good afternoon, we had a nice day in Frankfurt and wanted to extend another day.Unfortunately we chose this “hotel”!I don't even want to talk about the equipment here, because that was the lesser evil.We had told the person in charge that there were several young people partying loudly in the room below us (11:15 p.m.) and that we would now like to sleep.Although he sat at the reception the whole time, the party continued among us until we decided head over heels to drive the 2 hours home to Stuttgart at night... never ever!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and my experience was absolutely first class. From the start we were warmly welcomed and the service was exceptional throughout. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The staff were always attentive and helpful, which made our stay unforgettable. Overall, I can only warmly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is a real insider tip in Rödelheim! Friendly staff and super comfortable rooms. A small unexpected point: it rained during my stay, but of course the hotel can't help it! We recommend.Keep it up!
