I was forced to take a room on the highway, for the first time in my life. Many thanks to the staff at check-in and at breakfast for their friendliness and the very clean and very quiet room. I didn't expect that at a rest stop.

I arrived at the hotel at 5:00, there was no problem with check-in. The room was clean, the bathroom too. Despite the hotel's location next to the highway, there is no noise. The air conditioning in the room was a bit inefficient. No kettle in the room. Only German language channels on TV. At least a disposable cup for rinsing teeth would be useful in the bathroom - this is also missing. Fire switches falling off the walls in the corridor - it would be worth taking care of this. The staff is very helpful, provided you know German - it is not possible to communicate in English. Parking for cars, buses and trucks in front of the hotel. Possibility to buy breakfast in the restaurant for €7.99. The price per night for a single room is not the worst in my opinion.Generally speaking - a hotel for people on the road, you can stop, sleep, eat and go on. The lack of basic amenities, in my opinion, disqualifies this hotel for a longer stay, like a maximum of 2 nights.

Booked and arrived at night as an emergency solution for me and my team.Both rooms had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had only been cleaned inadequately, if at all.The gentleman we checked in with at night was friendly, but his colleague the next morning was rude, to say the least. When the room conditions were pointed out, there was a clear reaction, namely none - apart from a shrug of the shoulders.In the future it's time to sleep in the parking lot and move on to the next alternative.

Showering cost 4 euros. I found the shower room and the toilet relatively clean, but there doesn't seem to be any properly functioning ventilation there. It smelled very musty and I saw more and more spots of mold on the ceiling. Furthermore, there was no soap for washing hands and the hair dryer didn't work.

What can I say, tried 2 rooms, one worse than the other. Both rooms were not vacuumed. Both bathrooms were a disaster. Toilet paper stuck to the floor, hair, lint and construction dust and the like everywhere.The second alternative room was similarly dirty, except that people were still smoking in the room and the ash branches could still be found in the sink.The positive thing was that the room was canceled without any problems and a credit was issued. I'm curious to see whether the money ends up in the account.
